It displays details about the account, user, company, plan, device, version, subscription status, and environment. Copy and send this information to the SwipePoint team to help diagnose and resolve an issue.
Delete Account
If you decide to stop using the SwipePoint App and want to delete your account and related data, follow these steps:

Delete organizations you created First, delete every organization that you created.

Leave organizations you joined Open each organization you joined and ask its highest-level administrator to mark you as having left the organization. The highest-level administrator must go to Management Mode → Personnel → Profile, then tap Formal Resignation at the bottom of the page to remove your access and deactivate your account.

Delete your account After completing the steps above, return to the SwipePoint App welcome screen and tap Delete Account at the bottom to permanently delete your SwipePoint account.
Important Notes

This action cannot be undone Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all related data will be permanently removed. The SwipePoint team cannot restore them.

You must delete the account yourself To protect information security and personal privacy, the account owner must complete verification and delete the account. The SwipePoint team cannot delete an account on a user's behalf.
Legal Notice
- To comply with the Personal Data Protection Act and related privacy regulations, the SwipePoint App deletes an account and personal data only in response to the user's explicit action.
- Before deleting an account, the user must confirm that records and data involving third parties—such as organizations, companies, or colleagues—have been removed or that authorization to process them has been obtained. This helps prevent disputes concerning data access, work records, or legal responsibilities.
- By deleting your account, you agree to relinquish all remaining account data, settings, usage records, and service entitlements in the SwipePoint App.
- The SwipePoint team may retain specific data required by law, such as payment records, tax information, and transaction receipts. Such data is retained only for the legally required period and deleted when that period ends.

A: No. Your Google, Apple, or LINE login account cannot be changed. The page shows the account you currently use.
