- Synchronize Data: The system records the clock-in time and synchronizes the clock-in data to Management Mode for managers to review and analyze.

When this feature is disabled, users (employees) can choose whether to take and upload a photo. When it is enabled, users (employees) must follow the instructions to take a photo while clocking in, such as a clock or door number, as supporting evidence of the location and time.
Before using this feature, the organization creator must subscribe to the Premium “Storage” plan to enable cloud storage for photo clock-in.

“Require GPS Location for Clock-In” is disabled by default, so users (employees) can choose whether to submit their GPS location when clocking in. Enable this option if every user (employee) must submit the GPS coordinates of their clock-in location.
Important:
- GPS locations can be spoofed: Requiring GPS location records cannot completely prevent technical methods of location spoofing.
- Signal problems may occur: Some users (employees) may be unable to submit GPS coordinates while clocking in because of device limitations, environmental interference, or similar factors.
- Use required photos as well: To reduce errors or fraud, consider also enabling “Require a Photo” to improve the reliability and completeness of attendance records.
