Open Restrict Clock-In to Bluetooth Range to configure this method. When the option is off, users (employees) can choose whether to upload a photo. When it is on, they must follow the instructions and take a photo during clock-in, such as a clock, street number, or another view that a manager can review.
A photo is supporting information only and cannot by itself prove the user's identity, location, or time. Follow applicable privacy, data protection, and labor laws when collecting and retaining photos.
Before using this feature, the organization creator must subscribe to the Premium Storage plan so cloud space is available for clock-in photos.
Require GPS Location for Clock-In

From the Management Mode home page, select Clock-In Records and Management, then Clock-In Point Settings and the required clock-in point. Open Restrict Clock-In to Bluetooth Range to configure this method. By default, GPS location is not required, and users (employees) can choose whether to upload their GPS coordinates during clock-in. Enable Require GPS Location for Clock-In if every user (employee) must upload GPS coordinates.
Important:
- GPS locations can be spoofed: Requiring GPS coordinates cannot completely prevent users from falsifying a location with technical tools.
- Location data may be missing or inaccurate: Phone hardware, location permissions, indoor conditions, or signal interference can prevent coordinates from being uploaded or reduce their accuracy.
- Photos are supporting information only: Enable Require a Photo when more information is needed for review, but neither a photo nor GPS coordinates should be treated as conclusive proof of identity, location, or time.

A user's (employee's) phone must detect or connect to one of these devices, according to the configuration, to meet the Bluetooth clock-in condition.
Confirm that each listed device name is correct and that the device is on and detectable or connectable by the phones in actual use during clock-in.
Search for Nearby Bluetooth Devices

From the Management Mode home page, select Clock-In Records and Management, then Clock-In Point Settings and the required clock-in point. Open Restrict Clock-In to Bluetooth Range to configure this method. Search for Nearby Bluetooth Devices lists the devices detected by the current scan. Select + beside a required device to add it to Selected Bluetooth Devices.
A Bluetooth device may not appear if it is asleep, disconnected, turned off, or outside the detectable range. Make sure the device is on and detectable, then search again.
