Administrators can select Application Records from the Home page in Management Mode. This page brings together users' overtime, work-from-home, and fieldwork/business trip application records for convenient review and management.

    • The system brings together several types of application records:
      • Overtime Application Records
      • Work-from-Home Application Records
      • Fieldwork/Business Trip Application Records
  2. Filters and search

    • Filter or search by application category, date range, application status (Pending, Approved, or Declined), and user name.
  3. Up-to-date statuses

    • Each application displays its latest review status so administrators can quickly track its progress.
  4. Detailed information

    • Select an application to view its reason, attachments, reviewer comments, and other details.

Notes

  • Application records are not automatically linked to attendance records
    • Application records are not currently synchronized or compared with attendance records, so they cannot by themselves confirm whether attendance data is correct or reasonable.
    • Administrators should verify the related records to ensure that each application reflects the actual circumstances and company policy.

This feature helps administrators manage several types of application records in one place.


Application Record Review Permissions

After an overtime, fieldwork/business trip, or work-from-home application is submitted, the system stores its application record in the database. The Creator, Top Manager, and managers assigned as reviewers can query the relevant application records in Management Mode.
