Other Login Methods
Earlier versions of SwipePoint supported phone-number verification: users entered their phone number and the six-digit code sent by text message. This method has been discontinued. Please sign in with an Apple, Google, or LINE account instead.
If you previously signed in to SwipePoint with a phone number and can no longer access your original account, contact the SwipePoint team through the official LINE account at the bottom of this page.
Unable to Log In
If you cannot log in to SwipePoint, check the following in order:
- Confirm the sign-in method and account: Use the same Apple, Google, or LINE sign-in method you originally chose for SwipePoint, and make sure you are signed in to the same provider account.
Sign in with Apple: Apple may provide SwipePoint with the email address you chose to share or a relay address created by Hide My Email. If signing in opens a different account, first go to Settings > [your name] > Sign in with Apple on your iPhone or iPad and review the information used for SwipePoint. Do not create another account. See Apple's official instructions for details.
- Confirm that the provider account works: Make sure you can sign in to the Apple, Google, or LINE account itself. If you forgot its password, use the official links in the Forgot Your Password section below.
- Check the network and app version: Switch to a stable network and update SwipePoint to the latest version.
- Restart the device: Restart your device, then try signing in again.
- Delete and reinstall SwipePoint:
- iPhone or iPad: Press and hold the SwipePoint app, then tap Remove App > Delete App > Delete. Do not choose only Remove from Home Screen. See Apple's official instructions for details.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner, then select Manage apps & device > Manage > SwipePoint > Uninstall. Menu names may differ slightly by device brand. See Android's official instructions for details.
- Test on another device: Install SwipePoint on another phone, tablet, or computer, then sign in with the same method and account. If the other device works, the issue may be related to the original device or network.
If you still cannot log in after completing these steps, contact the SwipePoint team through the official LINE account at the bottom of this page.
Forgot Your Login Account
If a user (employee) or administrator forgets the sign-in method originally used, contact the organization creator or top administrator. An administrator can view Apple or Google sign-in information under Admin Mode > Personnel > Profile > Select User. SwipePoint does not display LINE accounts. If LINE was used, check the account currently active on the primary LINE device.
Forgot Your Password
SwipePoint does not store or reset Apple, Google, or LINE passwords. Use the official page for the sign-in method you originally chose:
Delete Your Account
If you decide to stop using SwipePoint, follow these steps to delete your account:
-
Delete organizations you created First, delete every organization you created.
-
Leave organizations you joined Ask the top administrator of each organization to set your status to Official Resignation and Revoke Access under Admin Mode > Personnel > Profile.
-
Delete your SwipePoint account After completing the steps above, return to the SwipePoint app's welcome screen, tap Delete Account at the bottom, and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

FAQ
Q1: Can I sign in to SwipePoint with a Google Account on an iPhone?
A: Yes. Remember which sign-in method you used and continue signing in with the same Google Account.
Q2: Can I sign in to SwipePoint with an Apple Account on an Android phone?
A: Yes. Remember which sign-in method you used and continue signing in with the same Apple Account.
Q3: If my Apple, Google, and LINE accounts use the same email address, will they open the same SwipePoint account?
A: Not necessarily. Apple, Google, and LINE are separate sign-in methods. Even if they display the same email address, they may not connect to the same SwipePoint account. Keep using the method you originally chose. When using Sign in with Apple, also check whether you selected Hide My Email.
Q4: Can I clock in without a login account?
A: No. You must first sign in to SwipePoint with an Apple, Google, or LINE account and join an organization.
Q5: Do I need to register another email account to use SwipePoint?
A: You do not need a separate SwipePoint email address or password, but you must have a working Apple, Google, or LINE account. Each provider may require an email address, phone number, or other verification information.
Q6: Which sign-in methods does SwipePoint support?
A: SwipePoint currently supports Apple, Google, and LINE accounts. The earlier phone-number verification method has been discontinued.
Q7: Can I use an account type that is not recommended for my device?
A: Yes. For example, you can use a Google Account on an iPhone or an Apple Account on an Android phone. The important thing is to keep using the same sign-in method and account afterward.
Q8: Do I need to register a separate SwipePoint account?
A: No. When you first sign in with Apple, Google, or LINE, SwipePoint creates an account based on that sign-in identity. Different sign-in methods may not connect to the same SwipePoint account.
Q9: What should I do if I cannot log in to SwipePoint?
A: First confirm the sign-in method and account, then check the provider account, network, and SwipePoint version. If you still cannot log in, restart the device, delete and reinstall SwipePoint, or test on another device. Contact the SwipePoint team if the issue continues.
Q10: What should I do if I forgot my Apple, Google, or LINE password?
A: Use the official links in the Forgot Your Password section on this page so Apple, Google, or LINE can recover or change the password. SwipePoint cannot view or reset provider passwords.
Q11: What should I do if I forgot which account I originally used?

Q12: Can I clock in while signed out?
A: No. You must sign in to SwipePoint and join an organization before you can clock in.
Q13: How do I completely delete and reinstall the SwipePoint app?
