Employee Resignation
After an employee is marked as resigned, they can no longer access the organization. Their existing clock-in records are locked and cannot be added, edited, or deleted.
Mark an Employee as Resigned
Home > Admin Mode > Personnel > Personal Information > Select an Employee > Official Resignation, Disable Access
From the Admin Mode home page, select Personnel, open Personal Information, and select an employee to edit their profile. After the employee is marked as resigned, they automatically leave the organization and can no longer view any organization-related data. If they later rejoin the organization, they can only view clock-in records from the date they rejoined.
Do not mark an employee as resigned before payroll has been finalized. Afterward, their clock-in records cannot be added, edited, or deleted.
After you select “Official Resignation, Disable Access,” the employee cannot be restored directly to active status. Proceed with caution.

After you select “Official Resignation, Disable Access,” the employee's status changes to Resigned and a resignation date appears in their personal information. The action date is used by default, but an administrator can adjust it as needed.
