Correction Clock-in
Home > Clock-in Mode > Correction Clock-in
Users (employees) can tap Correction Clock-in on the Home page in Clock-in Mode. If a clock-in was missed, recorded incorrectly, or forgotten, they can submit a correction request here. The request is added to the official clock-in records only after the reviewer approves it.
If a user (employee) cannot see this feature, the organization administrator has not enabled Correction Clock-in. Contact an administrator for assistance.

-
Upload Photo
-
Users (employees) can take a photo or upload an existing photo from the album. Attach supporting evidence for the reviewer, such as:
- A company clock photo showing the user’s (employee’s) arrival date and time
- A photo of the clock-in machine at the company entrance
- An office photo showing the user’s (employee’s) workspace
-
Supporting evidence helps the reviewer verify the request and keeps clock-in records accurate.

- Disable: The number of correction clock-in requests is not limited.
The following is a detailed explanation of correction clock-in attempt calculation and restoration:
-
Correction Clock-in Attempt Calculation
- Each submitted request counts as one correction clock-in attempt, whether or not it is later approved.
- The attempt count reflects submitted requests, not approved requests.
-
Request Not Approved
- If a correction clock-in request is not approved, the system automatically restores the attempt used for that request.
- This prevents an unsuccessful request from permanently reducing the user’s available attempts.
Notes
- Correction clock-in attempts record user request activity and help limit excessive or unreasonable requests.
- If requests are repeatedly rejected, review whether the reasons comply with organization rules and discuss them with the reviewer.
Reset Correction Clock-in Attempts
Home > Management Mode > Organization > My Organization > Limit Correction Clock-in Attempts > Reset
Administrators can tap Organization on the Home page in Management Mode, then select My Organization. Tapping Reset Correction Clock-in Attempts resets every employee’s available attempts to 12.

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
Q1: Are correction clock-in attempts recalculated monthly?
A: No. The default is 12 attempts. An administrator can go to Management Mode > Organization > My Organization and tap Reset Correction Clock-in Attempts to reset every employee’s available attempts to 12.
Q2: Are correction clock-in attempts recalculated annually?
A: No. The default is 12 attempts. An administrator can go to Management Mode > Organization > My Organization and tap Reset Correction Clock-in Attempts to reset every employee’s available attempts to 12.
Q3: What is Correction Clock-in, and when should users use it?
A: Correction Clock-in lets users (employees) request a replacement record when a clock-in was missed, recorded incorrectly, or forgotten. Once approved, the record is added to the official clock-in records to keep attendance information complete and accurate.
Q4: How do I apply for correction clock-in? What information must be filled in during application?
A: From the Home page in Clock-in Mode, open Correction Clock-in, then tap Correction Clock-in at the bottom of the screen. Required information includes the reason, clock-in status, date, and time. You can also select a shift period, if available, and upload a photo as evidence.
Q5: What is the review process for correction clock-in applications? Who will receive notifications?
A: After submission, the system sends the request information to the creator, the highest-level administrator, and the assigned correction clock-in reviewer. The record takes effect and is added to the official clock-in records only after approval. When the request is approved or rejected, the applicant receives the review result.
Q6: How can I check the status of correction clock-in records? What do different symbols represent?
A: Users (employees) can open Correction Clock-in from the Home page in Clock-in Mode, then select any request. A funnel means the request is waiting for review; a check mark means it was approved and added to the official records; and a cross means it was not approved.
Q7: What are the functions of “Enable Correction Clock-in” and “Limit Correction Clock-in Attempts”? Where can they be configured?
A: Enable Correction Clock-in controls whether employees can submit requests online. Limit Correction Clock-in Attempts limits how many requests an employee can submit. Both settings are available under Management Mode > Organization > My Organization. When the limit is enabled, each submission initially uses one attempt; the attempt is restored if the request is not approved.
Q8: Who can be assigned as a correction clock-in reviewer? How many reviewers can be assigned to one employee?
A: The reviewer can be the creator, the highest-level administrator, or an administrator in the same group as the employee. Only one correction clock-in reviewer can be assigned to each employee. Configure the reviewer under Management Mode > Personnel > Personal Information > Any Employee.
Q9: How are correction clock-in attempts calculated and restored? What is the impact of resetting correction clock-in attempts?
A: Each submitted request initially uses one correction clock-in attempt. If the request is not approved, the system restores that attempt. The default is 12 and can be adjusted in the employee’s Personal Information. Tapping Reset Correction Clock-in Attempts under Management Mode > Organization > My Organization resets every employee’s available attempts to 12.
Q10: How can correction clock-in records be deleted? Can they be modified or restored after deletion?
A: An approved correction clock-in becomes an official clock-in record and is deleted in the same way as a regular record. Users can delete it under Clock-in Mode > All Clock-in Records. Administrators can delete an employee’s record under Management Mode > Clock-in Records and Management > All Clock-in Records. Approved records cannot be edited, and deletion cannot be undone. If a record is incorrect, delete it and submit a new request. Deleting a request before review may cause the review notification to show an error.
Q11: I cannot see Correction Clock-in?
A: If a user (employee) cannot see Correction Clock-in in Clock-in Mode, the organization administrator probably has not enabled it. An administrator can enable the feature at:
Home > Management Mode > Organization > My Organization > Correction Clock-in Feature
Q12: How can correction clock-in attempts be increased?
A: Only administrators can adjust an employee’s correction clock-in attempts. Go to Management Mode > Personnel > Personal Information > Any Employee, then change Remaining Correction Clock-in Attempts on the employee’s Personal Information page.
Q13: What should I do if a user deletes a request before the reviewer processes it?
A: The deleted request is not retained in the administration records. The user (employee) must submit a new request before it can be reviewed again.
Q14: Can a new employee submit a correction for a date before their employment date?
A: No. Employees cannot submit a correction for a date before their employment date. If the stored employment date is incorrect, an administrator must first update it under Management Mode > Personnel > Personal Information. Once corrected, the employee can submit a request for the employment date or a later date.
Q15: If I forgot to take a photo during clock-in, how can I add the clock-in photo afterward?
A: The employee can delete the original clock-in record, submit a correction clock-in request, and upload the photo with it. Alternatively, open My Uploads and upload the correction clock-in photo directly.
Q16: Can I submit more than one correction clock-in request for the same time?
A: No. After the first request is submitted, another request for the same time displays “Duplicate record. A correction clock-in already exists for this time.” To submit again, delete the original request first, then submit a new one.
