How to Cancel a Subscription

Home > Management Mode > PREMIUM > Manage Subscription

From the Home page in Management Mode, tap "PREMIUM" at the bottom to open the PREMIUM page. To cancel a subscription, locate the administrator's current plan, tap "Manage Subscription," and follow the instructions for the administrator's device type.

Refund Policy

SwipePoint subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. To request a refund, apply through the platform used for the subscription.

Refund Instructions for Apple

If you subscribed to SwipePoint through Apple, follow the official Apple instructions to request a refund:

  1. Log in to the Report a Problem page.
  2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then select "Request a refund."
  3. Choose the reason for the refund, then select "Next."
  4. Select the app, subscription, or other item, then select "Submit."

Tip: If you were charged for a subscription you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

Refund Instructions for Google

If you subscribed to SwipePoint through Google, follow the official Google instructions to request a refund:

  1. Go to the Google Play website.
  2. Click your profile photo in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Payments & subscriptions" → "Budget & order history."
  4. Find the order you want to return and click "Report a problem."
  5. Select the option that describes your situation.
  6. Complete the form and state that you would like a refund.
  7. Click "Submit."
