View User (Employee) Clock-In Records
Home > Management Mode > Clock-In Records & Management > All Clock-In Records > Select an Employee
Select an employee to open their personal clock-in records. By default, the page shows records from the first day of the current month through today. Icons and markers indicate each record's status:
- Purple clock: Overtime clock-in.
- Dark blue M: A clock-in record manually added by an administrator.
- Orange A: A correction clock-in record that is awaiting approval.
- Light blue A: An approved correction clock-in record.
A correction clock-in record marked with an orange A is excluded from exported data until it is approved. After approval, the icon changes to a light blue A and the record is included in exported data.
