Objectives

Home > Management Mode > Send Notifications > Objectives

From the Home page in Management Mode, administrators can select Send Notifications, then Objectives, to open the Objectives page. They can publish an objective and choose its recipients. Setting objectives and asking employees to confirm I understand and agree to comply communicates organizational expectations clearly and helps each person understand their responsibilities. Administrators can review agreement status, progress, and execution in real time, making management and communication more efficient. Effective objective management can improve employee performance, strengthen accountability and trust, and support a positive organizational culture.

Why Set Objectives?

Provide Clear Direction

Objectives give employees and teams a clear direction. Each person knows what to work toward, reducing uncertainty and duplicated effort.

Align the Organization

Once objectives are defined, departments and employees can use them as a shared reference when coordinating schedules and resources. This helps prevent disconnected work and overlapping investment.

Promote Effective Communication

After an administrator communicates an objective and asks employees to select I understand and agree to comply, employees can raise questions or suggestions immediately. Administrators can respond promptly, making communication more timely and effective.

Establish Responsibility and Commitment

Selecting I understand and agree to comply confirms that an employee has reviewed and accepted the objective's requirements. Administrators can see who has agreed and started taking action, making responsibility easier to assign and follow up.

Benefits for Organizations and Employees

Improve Efficiency and Performance

Clear, measurable objectives help employees understand their responsibilities and begin taking action quickly. With a defined target, they can focus on essential tasks and improve overall efficiency and performance.

Increase Employee Engagement

Employees are more motivated when they understand how their work contributes to an objective. Administrators can review who has agreed and whether the objective is being carried out, provide timely support, and adjust resources when necessary. This strengthens employees' engagement with the organization.

Strengthen Employee Accountability

The I understand and agree to comply confirmation process encourages employees to take responsibility and hold themselves to a higher standard. Employees with a strong sense of accountability are more likely to meet company expectations and maintain good performance.

Support Performance Reviews and Reward or Disciplinary Decisions

Clear objectives and agreement records help administrators understand each employee's execution status and make performance reviews, rewards, and disciplinary decisions more objective and fair. Each employee's commitment is recorded, giving administrators useful information for analysis and decision-making.

Provide Opportunities for Learning and Growth

Clear objectives help employees recognize where they perform well and where they need to improve. Employees can develop new skills or knowledge while working toward an objective, continuously strengthening the organization's overall capabilities.

Build a Positive Organizational Culture

Objective management encourages employees and administrators to support one another, share feedback, and collaborate. Working toward shared results and exchanging experience and resources helps create a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
