    • The system records whether an employee has opened an announcement, allowing administrators to view its read or unread status.
    • Read records may include the reader and time opened, helping administrators monitor whether an announcement has reached its audience.
  3. Important Announcements

    • Administrators can mark an announcement as Important or pin it so critical information is easier to notice.

View an Announcement

  1. Sign in to SwipePoint and open the Clock-In Mode home page.
  2. Select Announcements.
  3. Select an item from the announcement list to view its details.

  • Policy Updates: Share new policies or process changes so employees know the latest requirements.
  • Event Notices: Announce company events, meetings, or training sessions.
