Employees can select Policies on the Clock-In Mode home page to view company policies and guidelines published by administrators. After reading a policy, the employee selects I Agree to acknowledge it.

- Policies are displayed in one place for convenient employee access.

Acknowledge a Policy
- After reading a policy, an employee selects I Agree to complete the acknowledgment.
- The system records who acknowledged the policy and when, allowing administrators to review the records.

Outstanding Acknowledgment Reminder
- If an employee has not acknowledged a policy, the system displays a reminder when the employee selects End Work.
Acknowledge a Policy
- Sign in to SwipePoint and open the Clock-In Mode home page.
- Select Policies.
- Read the policy content on the page.
- Select I Agree to complete the acknowledgment.
Common Uses
- Attendance Rules: Publish clock-in and clock-out requirements and rules for tardiness or early departure.
- Code of Conduct: Explain expected workplace behavior and the company’s core values.
- Safety Guidelines: Provide workplace safety requirements and emergency response procedures.
Important Notes
- Administrators should ensure that policy content is accurate, complete, and easy to understand.
- After updating a policy, administrators should remind employees to read the latest content and acknowledge it.
- An acknowledgment record only shows that an employee selected I Agree. By itself, it does not prove that the employee fully understood or followed the policy.
