Employees can select Goals on the Clock-In Mode home page to view individual, team, or project goals published by administrators. After reading a goal, the employee selects I Agree to acknowledge it.

- After reading a goal, an employee selects I Agree to complete the acknowledgment.
- The system records who acknowledged the goal and when, allowing administrators to review the records.

Outstanding Acknowledgment Reminder
- If an employee has not acknowledged a goal, the system displays a reminder when the employee selects End Work.
Acknowledge a Goal
- Sign in to SwipePoint and open the Clock-In Mode home page.
- Select Goals.
- Read the goal, its completion criteria, and any attachments.
- Select I Agree to complete the acknowledgment.

- Individual Goals: Publish monthly performance targets, such as sales targets or a target number of customer issues to resolve.
- Team Goals: Set project delivery deadlines or annual department outcomes.
- Project Plans: Explain tasks, milestones, and completion criteria for each project phase.

- After updating a goal, administrators should remind employees to read the latest content and acknowledge it.
