Organization Shared Documents displays work documents uploaded by administrators. Employees can open this feature from the Clock-In Mode home page and download the files they need.

Download a Document

  1. Sign in to SwipePoint and open the Clock-In Mode home page.
  2. Select Organization Shared Documents.
  3. Find the document you need in the list.
  4. Select the document name, then follow the browser or device prompts to complete the download.

Administrators can provide shared forms, operating guides, training materials, organization policies, or other work documents so employees can find and download them in one place.
