Change Phones
When changing phones or adding a device, sign in with the same Google or Apple account originally used to register for SwipePoint. After you sign in, SwipePoint loads the organizations, attendance records, and settings available to that account.
Except for the Creator account, Top Managers, Managers, and General Users can use the same account on multiple supported devices, such as phones and tablets. A Creator account can only be used on one phone; see Change the Creator's Phone below.
Follow these steps when changing phones:
- Download SwipePoint: Download and install SwipePoint from the App Store or Google Play on the new phone.
- Sign in with the original account: Select the same Google or Apple sign-in method used during registration and sign in to the same account.
- Verify your data: Confirm that the organization name, user identity, and attendance records are correct. If SwipePoint displays a new account or the original organization is missing, verify the signed-in account before creating another organization.
SwipePoint only loads organizations, attendance records, and settings associated with your SwipePoint account. It does not sync contacts, photos, documents, or data from other apps on your phone.
Change a User's Phone
When a General User changes phones, sign in on the new phone with the Google or Apple account originally used to register for SwipePoint. After signing in, confirm the organization, name, and attendance records.
If the original organization does not appear, you have most likely signed in with a different Google or Apple account. Sign out, then sign in with the original registration account.
Change the Creator's Phone
A Creator account can only be used on one phone. Before changing the phone used by the Creator, confirm the Google or Apple account originally used to register for SwipePoint. After signing in on the new phone, do not continue using that Creator account on the old phone or another phone at the same time. This helps prevent account conflicts and security risks.
Top Manager, Manager, and General User accounts do not have this one-phone restriction and can sign in on multiple supported devices.

Q2: Can I sign in on devices other than my phone?
A: Except for the Creator account, Top Managers, Managers, and General Users can sign in on multiple supported devices, such as phones and tablets. A Creator account can only be used on one phone.
Q3: Does SwipePoint back up contacts, photos, or documents from my phone?
A: No. SwipePoint only stores and loads organizations, attendance records, and settings related to the SwipePoint service. It does not back up personal data from your phone or content from other apps.
Q4: Why is my original organization missing after I sign in?

A: Download SwipePoint from the official store, sign in with the original registration account, then confirm the organization name, user identity, and attendance records.

Q7: How do I verify that I am using the original registration account?
A: From the Admin Mode home screen, tap More, select My Account, and check the Google or Apple account shown under Login Account.

A: Continue using the original sign-in method. If you originally used Apple, tap Continue with Apple on Android. If you originally used Google, tap Continue with Google on iPhone.
