This feature not only simplifies and streamlines the remote work application process but also provides an opportunity for effective communication between supervisors and employees regarding work patterns. Once an employee submits a work-from-home application, their immediate supervisor will receive a notification. Supervisors can then review and approve or reject applications based on actual circumstances and needs. SwipePoint aims to create an easy-to-use and flexible HR management environment, and our work-from-home application feature embodies this commitment. No matter where your team is working from, we are dedicated to ensuring your business operations remain smooth and efficient.


Fieldwork and Business Trip Application

SwipePoint understands the importance of flexibility and adaptability in today's business world. To achieve this, we provide a feature allowing employees to apply for fieldwork or business trips directly through our application. When employees need to travel for business or conduct offsite duties, they can submit an application via our app. Upon submission, their immediate supervisor receives a notification. Supervisors can view the details and decide whether to approve the request. This setup is intended to make workflows more transparent and efficient, ensuring all business operations are appropriately supervised and managed. Through SwipePoint, we aim to offer a reliable way to manage employees' fieldwork and business trips easily, ensuring smooth operations for your business.

LINE Clock-In

SwipePoint integrates with LINE, the popular messaging app, making clock-ins more convenient and intuitive. Employees can clock in directly through LINE without switching to a separate attendance app. Many employees already use LINE daily, so LINE clock-ins reduce the time required to learn and adapt to new systems. After clocking in, employees and managers receive immediate notifications and confirmations through LINE. Companies no longer need dedicated clock-in hardware; employees can use their smartphones to clock in. Utilizing LINE’s diverse features, such as messages and stickers, makes attendance processes more fun and interactive. For example, employees could send a "Good Morning" sticker when clocking in. The SwipePoint LINE clock-in feature provides a modern, convenient, and interactive attendance method, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.


Irregular Clock-in Alerts

Using SwipePoint’s attendance system effectively helps prevent irregular clock-ins. The system automatically identifies and records employee clock-in and clock-out times and allows for predefined flexibility; clock-ins within this grace period are treated as normal. When irregularities occur, the system immediately alerts supervisors, allowing prompt management and resolution, preventing unnecessary HR disputes. SwipePoint's attendance system can also generate automated attendance reports, helping businesses manage employees' working hours and attendance more effectively.

Experts generally regard turnover intention as a composite of job dissatisfaction, the intention to quit, job-seeking tendencies, and the probability of finding other employment.

Narrowly defined, turnover refers to labor movement from within an organization to its external environment. Turnover intention means an employee, after working in an organization for a certain period and careful consideration, intends to leave—a latent desire to exit the organization. Turnover intention is considered a predictor of actual employee resignation behaviors. Factors affecting turnover intentions vary greatly, mainly originating from societal, organizational, and individual levels, including uncontrollable social factors, subjective personal psychological factors, and internal organizational environmental factors.

Turnover can be broadly divided into voluntary turnover and involuntary turnover. Involuntary turnover mainly includes dismissal, retirement, and work-related injuries. Generally, involuntary turnover can benefit enterprise development, whereas voluntary turnover often negatively affects business operations. Proxy Clock-in

SwipePoint proudly introduces Proxy Clock-in, allowing employees who forget their phones to clock in using a colleague’s device. This ensures accurate time recording and improves convenience. However, this does not allow others to clock in on an employee's behalf; the employee must still personally clock in. Key considerations include security, privacy, accurate record-keeping, and clear auditing to prevent confusion or misuse. SwipePoint implements clear usage policies, training, and safeguards to prevent abuse, such as usage limits, ensuring flexibility while maintaining accuracy and fairness in attendance management.


SafeCheck Report

SwipePoint’s SafeCheck Report enables employees to report their real-time location and activity when working externally, keeping supervisors informed. Employees can use SafeCheck to check-in upon arrival at clients, branch inspections, or other field duties. The feature captures arrival time and location, instantly sending updates to supervisors. To maintain accuracy, SafeCheck employs location verification, ensuring check-ins only occur at designated locations, preventing false records. All SafeCheck data is stored, allowing supervisors to review historical records, manage effectively, and ensure employee safety and efficiency. Wherever employees work, SafeCheck ensures they feel cared for and respected.


Inspection Work Records

SwipePoint simplifies recording daily inspections. Pre-prepared NFC cards or QR codes with unique identifiers are placed at inspection points. Employees initiate and conclude inspections in SwipePoint, capturing comprehensive timestamps, locations, and status records. Supervisors can remotely view inspection progress via SwipePoint’s backend, generating clear reports detailing each inspection's start and end times, enhancing transparency and management efficiency.


Message Notifications
