Work Records

Home > Management Mode > Work Records

Administrators can select “Work Records” on the “Management Mode” Home page to open the Work Records page. This page shows only work records that users (employees) have submitted; it does not show unsubmitted drafts.

Work Record Viewing Permissions

The work records available to each management role are as follows:

Management Role Viewing Scope
Creator Can view the work records of all users (employees) in the organization.
Super Administrator Can view the work records of all users (employees) in the organization.
Administrator in the Same Group Can view work records only for users (employees) in the same group.
Administrator in a Different Group Cannot view the work records of users (employees) in other groups.

View the Work Record List

The Work Records page shows submitted work records by date. If users (employees) submitted records on a particular date, the page shows the employees who submitted records and the number of work records each employee submitted on that date.

Administrators can filter work records by date to view records for a specified date. Currently, filtering is available only by date; filtering by employee or group is not supported.

Administrators can select any employee's work records to open the details page and view the content.

View Work Record Details

After opening the work record details page, administrators can view the following information:

  • Work Date
  • Completed Work
  • Obstacles Encountered
  • Next Steps
  • Attachments uploaded by the user (employee)
  • Last Updated Date and Time

If a user (employee) changes a work record after submitting it, Management Mode automatically shows the updated content and last-updated time.

Administrators can only view submitted work records and attachments; they cannot edit or delete the record content. Any changes must be made by the user who submitted the record from Clock-In Mode.

The system does not send push notifications when users submit or update work records.
