How to Use the Toolbox

Export employee punch, overtime, and leave records from the SwipePoint App, choose the matching tool, then import the file to generate clear statistics and review screens.

  • 01. Export Raw Data from the SwipePoint App

    Export employee punch, overtime, or leave records from the SwipePoint App. Each record is stored in a structured CSV file for later analysis.

  • 02. Choose the Matching Analysis Tool

    Open the SwipePoint toolbox and select attendance analysis, overtime review, leave review, or another module based on the file you exported.

  • 03. Import the File and Start Analysis

    Upload the exported CSV file. The system reads fields, dates, time blocks, and exceptions automatically, so you do not need to organize the data by hand.

  • 04. Get Clear Reports and Statistics

    The tools produce readable statistics and details such as overtime sections, attendance summaries, leave distribution, and full source record views for quick management review.
