SwipePoint Colleague-Assisted Check-in helps teams keep check-in records accurate across offices, field work, remote work, and overseas trips.

We are pleased to introduce our new feature - Proxy Clock-In. Our Proxy Clock-In feature allows employees to use a colleague's phone for clocking in when they forget their own device. This ensures accurate recording of work hours and enhances the convenience of clocking in for employees. However, it doesn't mean that anyone can clock in for others. This feature still requires employees to clock in themselves, just offering them more ways to complete the process. When implementing this new feature, we carefully considered and addressed the following key factors: Security and Privacy: When using another employee's phone for clocking in, our system design ensures the privacy and security of employees. Our security measures will prevent misuse and any potential data leaks. Recording and Auditing: Our system will clearly record when an employee uses someone else's phone for clocking in to avoid any possible confusion or disputes. Policies and Training: We have established clear policies governing this behavior and ensure that all employees understand and adhere to these policies. We will also provide appropriate training to assist employees in using this new feature smoothly. Prevention of Misuse: We have designed mechanisms to prevent the misuse of this feature. For example, we will limit the number of times this feature can be used to ensure it is only used when necessary. We believe this new feature will bring greater flexibility to our attendance system while ensuring the accuracy and fairness of attendance.
