Once an employee submits a leave request and successfully notifies their role proxy, their immediate supervisor will receive this message. Upon receiving the notification, the supervisor can see whether the role proxy is aware of the employee's leave request. This becomes a crucial factor in whether the supervisor approves the employee's leave, making the entire leave process more transparent and equitable.
