Home > Clock-in Mode > My Applications
Users (employees) can click "My Applications" on the "Home" page under "Clock-in Mode" to access the My Applications page. Here, users (employees) can submit applications for overtime, work-from-home, and fieldwork/business trips.
Overtime Application
Home > Clock-in Mode > My Applications > Overtime Application
Users (employees) can navigate to the "Overtime Application" page by clicking "My Applications" on the "Home" page under "Clock-in Mode", and then selecting "Overtime Application". Users (employees) can submit multiple overtime requests simultaneously. Submitted requests will be pending until approved by an approver.
If users (employees) do not see this feature, it indicates the administrator has disabled it.
Note: Currently, overtime applications are not integrated with the scheduling system, so approved overtime will not appear in the schedule. Additionally, there is no functional dependency between overtime applications and overtime clock-in, so employees can clock-in overtime before submitting an application. Administrators are advised to announce the relevant procedures according to company policies to ensure employee compliance.
Canceling an Overtime Application

Users (employees) can click "My Applications" on the "Home" page under "Clock-in Mode", select "Overtime Application", and then click on any "Overtime Application Record" to access the record details. Here, users (employees) can cancel submitted overtime requests that have not yet been reviewed.
Work-from-Home Application

Users (employees) can navigate to the "Work-from-Home Application" page by clicking "My Applications" on the "Home" page under "Clock-in Mode", and then selecting "Work-from-Home Application". Users (employees) can submit multiple work-from-home requests simultaneously. Submitted requests will be pending until approved by an approver.
If users (employees) do not see this feature, it indicates the administrator has disabled it.
Note: Currently, work-from-home applications are not integrated with the scheduling system, so approved work-from-home requests will not appear in the schedule.

Missed Clock-in Correction
Home > Clock-in Mode > Missed Clock-in Correction
Users (employees) can navigate to the "Missed Clock-in Correction" page by clicking "Missed Clock-in Correction" on the "Home" page under "Clock-in Mode". If users (employees) forget to clock-in, they can request a missed clock-in correction, which, after approval by the approver, will be added to their clock-in records.
If users (employees) do not see this feature, it indicates the administrator has disabled it.
