Available Download Regions

Currently, SwipePoint is primarily available on App Store and Google Play in Taiwan. Users in other regions are temporarily unable to download it directly. However, we plan to expand our service to other regions in the future—stay tuned! If you need immediate access, you can change your App Store or Google Play region to Taiwan to download and install SwipePoint successfully. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Here are the detailed steps to change the App Store or Google Play region to Taiwan:

Change App Store Region to Taiwan

  1. Access Apple ID Settings:

    • Open "Settings" on your iPhone or iPad and tap your Apple ID (Account Name).
  2. Access Media & Purchases:

The same account can be used on multiple devices (phones/tablets) without any restrictions.

Software Updates

To ensure data consistency and improve the user experience, SwipePoint requires all users to update the software to the latest version before use. If you receive a software update notification but cannot see the update option in the store, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Clear Cache on Android

Clearing the Google Play Store cache can resolve issues with update synchronization. Follow these steps:

1. Open "Settings"

Find and tap "Settings" on your phone.

2. Locate "Apps" or "Application Management"

The name may vary depending on your phone brand, but this is where you manage apps.

3. Find "Google Play Store"

Search for or locate "Google Play Store" in the app list and tap it.

4. Tap "Storage" or "Storage & Cache"

This will show the storage usage for the app.

5. Tap "Clear Cache"

Select "Clear Cache" to remove temporary files without affecting your personal data or app settings.

6. (Optional) Tap "Clear Data"

If clearing the cache doesn’t resolve the issue, you can try "Clear Data." Note: This resets the Google Play Store, and you may need to sign in to your Google account again.

7. Reopen Google Play Store

After clearing the cache, reopen the Google Play Store to check for app updates.

8. Restart Your Device (Optional)

If the above steps don’t work, restart your device and try again.

This should resolve any issues with updates not appearing in the Play Store.

Clear Cache on Apple (iOS)

While iPhones do not allow direct cache clearing for the App Store, you can try the following methods to refresh the cache or resolve update issues:

Method 1: Refresh the App Store

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Go to the "Updates" tab.
  3. Pull down to refresh.
The App Store will reload and display the latest version of your apps.

Method 2: Log Out and Log In to Apple ID

  1. Open "Settings."
  2. Tap your Apple ID (at the top of the screen).
  3. Select "Sign Out."
  4. Log in again with your Apple ID.
  5. Check the App Store for updates.

Method 3: Restart Your Device

  1. Press and hold the Power button or Volume + Power button (depending on your iPhone model).
  2. After shutting down, restart your device.
  3. Open the App Store and check for updates.

Method 4: Update to the Latest iOS Version

  1. Open "Settings."
  2. Navigate to "General" > "Software Update."
  3. If a new iOS version is available, update your device. This may resolve App Store synchronization issues.

Method 5: Check Your Network Connection

Ensure your iPhone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network. An unstable network may cause update delays in the App Store.

These methods should help resolve issues with update synchronization in the App Store.
