Supported Regions for Download
Currently, SwipePoint is mainly available on the App Store and Google Play in Taiwan. Users in other regions are temporarily unable to download it directly. However, we plan to expand the service area in the future to allow direct downloads in other regions—stay tuned! If managers urgently need to use it, they can switch the App Store or Google Play region to Taiwan for download and installation. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Here are the specific steps to change the region to Taiwan for the App Store or Google Play:
Change Region to Taiwan in App Store (iOS)

Go to Apple ID settings:
- Open "Settings" on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID.

Media & Purchases:
- Tap "Media & Purchases", then select "View Account".

Select Country/Region:
- Find "Country/Region" and tap "Change Country or Region".

Select Taiwan:
- Choose Taiwan from the list and confirm.

Fill out payment and address:
- If you have a Taiwan payment method, enter the relevant information.
- If not, select "None," and fill out any address (e.g., No. 1, Xinyi Road, Taipei City).

Complete setup:
- Confirm all details, tap Done, and your App Store region will be switched to Taiwan.

Enter Google Play account settings:
- Open Google Play, tap your profile icon at the top right, and select "Settings".

Switch Country/Region:
- Under "General", select "Account and device preferences", then tap "Country and profiles".

Select Taiwan:
- Choose Taiwan from the country list. Google may prompt you to provide a Taiwan payment method.

Add payment method:
- Add a Taiwan payment method (e.g., credit card or Taiwanese address).
- If unavailable, consider using third-party payment options (e.g., gift cards).

Complete setup:
- After submitting, Google Play's region will switch to Taiwan (it may take up to 24 hours).

Download SwipePoint:
- After the region is updated, search SwipePoint on Google Play and download it.
Changing Smartphone/Tablet/Computer
If managers switch to a new smartphone/tablet/computer, please log in on the new device using the same account.
One account can be used on multiple devices (smartphone/tablet/computer) with no limit on the number.
Software Update
To continuously optimize and maintain data consistency and enhance the user experience, SwipePoint requires users to update the software before use. If you receive a software update notification but do not see the update option in the store, please troubleshoot as follows:
Android Clear Cache
Clearing the cache of the Google Play Store can resolve synchronization issues. Steps:
- Open Settings.
- Locate "Apps" or "Application Management".
- Find "Google Play Store" and tap on it.
- Tap "Storage" or "Storage & Cache".
- Tap "Clear Cache".
- (Optional) Tap "Clear Data".
- Re-open Google Play Store.
- (Optional) Restart your device.
Apple (iOS) Clear Cache
On iPhones, use the following methods:
Method 1: Refresh App Store
- Open App Store, go to the "Updates" tab, and swipe down to refresh.
Method 2: Sign out and sign in Apple ID
- Open Settings, tap Apple ID, sign out, then sign back in.
Method 3: Restart Device
- Restart your iPhone and reopen App Store.
Method 4: Update iOS
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install available updates.
Method 5: Check Network
- Ensure stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
Troubleshooting Android Installation Issues
Common causes and solutions for installation failure on Android:
- Outdated Android Version: Update Android version to Android 10 or above.
- Outdated Google Play Store: Update Google Play Store app.
- Device Rooted or Not Certified: Verify your device in Google Play Protect; uncertified devices cannot install SwipePoint.
- Hardware Incompatibility: Ensure your device has GPS and Bluetooth capabilities.
- Device from Specific Countries: Devices from certain countries (e.g., China, Cuba) might have limitations; consider changing devices.
Chinese Android Phones Cannot Download
For Android devices like Vivo, Oppo, Huawei, Xiaomi:
- Ensure a valid Google account is signed in.
- Manage apps and devices through Google Play.
- Share the SwipePoint app from a compatible device.
- Receive and install the app on another device.
