Usage Restrictions
To ensure the stable operation and optimal performance of the Brush Point system, the following restrictions have been implemented:
- Number of Users: A single account can manage up to 2,000 users, with a maximum of 100 active employees per organization.
- Number of Organizations: Each account can apply for and manage up to 20 organizations.
- Data Storage: All clock-in records are permanently saved. The query function allows access to data from January 1 of the previous year onward, and the export function has no time limitations.
- File Upload Limit: The maximum file size for a single upload is 25 MB. Photos exceeding a width or height of 1920 pixels will be automatically compressed to a proportional size with a maximum dimension of 1920 pixels.

A single account can manage up to 2,000 users, but each organization's active employee limit is capped at 100 (inactive employees are not counted). Additionally, each account can simultaneously apply for and manage up to 20 different organizations, meeting the needs of diverse business operations.

Administrator Limit Information
There is no limit on the number of administrators. Users can freely designate users as administrators based on actual needs, enhancing management efficiency and flexibility. This design enables organizations to assign management responsibilities easily, ensuring effective system operation that aligns with business needs.
Clock-in Record Retention Policy
All clock-in records are permanently saved, and users can access and export data at any time.
- Query Function: Clock-in records can be queried for data from January 1 of the previous year to the present. This function allows quick retrieval of required information.
- Export Function: The export feature has no time restrictions, enabling users to export all data for comprehensive data management.
This design offers greater data flexibility, allowing users to manage historical records effectively for long-term analysis and archiving.

The maximum size for a single file upload (including documents, photos, or images) is 25 MB. Files exceeding this limit cannot be successfully uploaded.
For photo files, if the width or height exceeds 1920 pixels, the system will automatically compress the image to a proportional size with the longest side set to 1920 pixels. This ensures optimal file size while preserving clarity, enhancing upload and processing efficiency.

The file upload feature requires the organization creator to subscribe to the Premium "Storage Space" plan to enable cloud storage for uploading attachments.

Brush Point supports the following devices and system versions: iOS 14, iPadOS 14, macOS 12, and Android 8 or above. Whether you use an Apple or Android smartphone, tablet, or computer, Brush Point is easy to install and use. The platform also offers seamless multi-device synchronization, allowing users to manage flexibly across multiple devices without login restrictions, ensuring efficiency and convenience.

Mac Requirements: macOS 12.0 or later and an Apple M1 (or newer) chip are required for installation and smooth operation.
Special Notes
- Windows Support: Brush Point does not currently support a Windows desktop version or web-based management. However, it allows exporting Excel files for viewing and organizing clock-in records on Windows PCs.
- Multi-Device Synchronization: Users can switch between multiple devices without restrictions. Data synchronization ensures stability and convenience across platforms.

Device Login Limitations
Brush Point does not limit the number of devices a single account can log into. Users can seamlessly switch between devices, whether on mobile, tablet, or computer, for on-the-go access and use. This design ensures efficient management and convenience, meeting the needs of various scenarios and devices.
Interface Language Options
Brush Point currently supports English and Traditional Chinese interfaces. Users can switch freely based on their preferences. In the future, we will continue to launch more language options, enhancing the user experience and catering to global multi-language environments.
