To ensure the stable operation of the SwipePoint system, we have established specific limitations regarding the number of users, organizations, data storage, and file upload capacity. These measures aim to provide an optimal user experience while maintaining system performance.
User Limit Explanation

A single account can accommodate up to 2,000 users, with a maximum of 100 users per organization (company). Additionally, each account can apply for up to 20 organizations (companies).

Administrator Limit Explanation
There is no limit on the number of administrators. You can freely change any user to an administrator.
Clock-In Record Retention Period Explanation
All clock-in records are stored permanently and can be accessed at any time. However, the export clock-in records function is limited to data from the past year.

File Upload Limit Explanation

The maximum upload size for a single file (including documents, snapshots, and photos) is 25 MB. Files exceeding this size cannot be uploaded.
For photos, if the width or height exceeds 1920 pixels, the system will automatically compress the photo to a proportional size with the longest side at 1920 pixels.

Supported Devices Explanation
SwipePoint supports devices running iOS 14, iPadOS 14, macOS 12, and Android 8 or later. It can be installed and used on Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, and computers, with no restriction on the number of devices logged in.
