Usage Restrictions
To ensure the stable operation and optimal performance of the SwipePoint system, we have established specific restrictions for the following items:
- Number of Users: A single account can manage up to 2,000 users, and the maximum number of active employees per organization is 100.
- Number of Organizations: Each account can apply for and manage up to 20 organizations.
- Data Storage: All check-in records will be permanently saved. The query function can retrieve data from January 1st of last year to the present, and there are no time restrictions on the export function.
- File Upload Capacity: The maximum size of a single file is 25 MB. When the width or height of a photo exceeds 1920 pixels, the system will automatically compress it to a proportional size with the longest side being 1920 pixels.
These restrictions are designed to provide users with a stable and efficient user experience while ensuring that system performance is maintained at its best. If you have needs that exceed these limits, please contact us for support.

A single account can manage up to 2,000 users, but the maximum number of active employees per organization (company) is 100 (only active employees are counted; resigned employees are not included). In addition, each account can apply for and manage up to 20 different organizations (companies) at the same time to meet multiple business needs. This design not only takes into account the flexibility of scaled management but also ensures the efficiency and rational data allocation of each organization.

Administrator Number Restrictions
There is no limit to the number of administrators. Users can freely adjust users to become administrators according to actual needs to improve management efficiency and flexibility. This design allows organizations to more easily allocate management responsibilities, ensuring that system operations are more efficient and meet business needs.
Check-in Record Retention Policy
All check-in records will be permanently saved, and users can query and export relevant data at any time.
- Query Function: Check-in record queries are limited to querying data from January 1st of the previous year to the present, and can be retrieved at any time for quick access to the required information.
- Export Function: The function of exporting check-in or overtime records is no longer subject to time restrictions. Users can export all data to meet comprehensive data management needs.
This design provides greater data flexibility, allowing users to effectively manage historical records and conduct long-term analysis and archiving.

The maximum upload size for a single file (including documents, captured photos, or images) is 25 MB. Files exceeding this size will not be uploaded successfully.
For photo files, if their width or height exceeds 1920 pixels, the system will automatically compress the photos to a proportional size with the longest side being 1920 pixels to ensure that the file size is moderate while maintaining clarity and improving upload and processing efficiency.

The file upload function must be enabled by the organization creator by subscribing to the Premium "Storage Space" plan to open the cloud space for uploading attachments.

SwipePoint currently supports the following devices and system versions: iOS 14, iPadOS 15.5, macOS 12, and Android 10 or above. Whether you are using an Apple or Android phone, tablet, or even a computer, you can easily install and use SwipePoint. SwipePoint also provides a multi-device seamless switching function, allowing users to flexibly manage across multiple devices without worrying about login device quantity limitations, ensuring the efficiency and convenience of work and management.

Mac Exclusive Requirements: A Mac with macOS 12.0 (or later) and an Apple M1 (or later) chip is required for installation and smooth operation.
Special Notes
- Windows System Support: Currently, SwipePoint does not provide a Windows computer version or a web version of the management function, but it supports exporting Excel files, which is convenient for users to view and organize check-in records on Windows computers.
- Multi-Device Synchronization: Users can switch between multiple devices without restrictions, and the data synchronization function ensures the stability and convenience of cross-platform use.

Login Device Quantity Limit
SwipePoint does not limit the number of devices a single account can log in to. Users can flexibly switch between multiple devices, whether it is a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, they can log in and use it anytime, anywhere. This design makes management more efficient and use more convenient, meeting the needs of multiple scenarios and multiple devices.
Operation Interface Language
SwipePoint currently supports English and Traditional Chinese interfaces. Users can freely switch according to their needs. In the future, we will launch more language versions to continuously optimize the user experience, so that users from all over the world can easily get started and meet the needs of multi-language environments.
