Usage Limits

To keep SwipePoint stable and performing at its best, the SwipePoint team applies the following limits:

  • Number of users (employees) or administrators: One account can manage up to 2,400 users (employees) or administrators, with no more than 120 active members per organization.
  • Number of organizations: One account can create and manage up to 20 organizations. There is no limit to the number of organizations a user (employee) may join.
  • Data storage: All clock-in records are stored permanently. Searches cover records from January 1 of the previous year to the present. Export availability depends on whether the organization has a subscription plan.
  • File uploads: Each file may be up to 25 MB. If a photo is wider or taller than 1,920 pixels, SwipePoint scales it proportionally so its longest side is 1,920 pixels.

These limits provide a stable, efficient experience while helping the system maintain optimal performance. If your requirements exceed these limits, please contact us for assistance.

Organization Limit

Each account can apply for and manage up to 20 different organizations (companies) at the same time.

Maximum Item
20 Organizations per account

If your requirements exceed this limit, please contact us for assistance.

User Limit

One account can manage up to 2,400 users (employees) or administrators. However, each organization (company) can have no more than 120 active users (employees) or administrators. Former employees are not included in this total. Each account can also create and manage up to 20 different organizations (companies). These limits support flexible management at scale while keeping resources appropriately distributed among organizations.

Maximum Item
20 Organizations created per account
120 Active members per organization
2,400 Users (employees) or administrators across all organizations under one account

If your requirements exceed these limits, please contact us for assistance.

Administrator Limit

Administrators count toward the same limit as users (employees). Each organization (company) can have no more than 120 active users (employees) or administrators. Former employees are not included in this total. The creator or top-level administrator can change a user (employee) into an administrator as needed, making it easier to assign administrative responsibilities.

Clock-In Record Retention

All clock-in records are stored permanently, and users can search and export the available data at any time.

  • Search: Clock-in record searches cover data from January 1 of the previous year to the present, helping users quickly find the information they need.
  • Export: The period available for detailed clock-in record exports depends on the organization's subscription status. Organizations without a subscription plan can export the most recent 2 months of data. Organizations with a subscription plan can export up to 1 year of data.

This approach provides flexibility for managing historical records, long-term analysis, and archiving.

File Upload Limits

Each uploaded file—including a document, photo taken with a camera, or image—may be up to 25 MB. Files larger than this cannot be uploaded.

For photo files, if the width or height exceeds 1,920 pixels, SwipePoint scales the photo proportionally so its longest side is 1,920 pixels. This keeps files manageable while preserving clarity and improving upload and processing efficiency.

File upload item Limit
Size < 25 MB
Width < 1,920 pixels
Height < 1,920 pixels

If you need to upload a higher-resolution or larger file, please contact us for assistance.

Before attachments can be uploaded, the organization creator must subscribe to the Premium Storage Space plan to enable cloud storage.
