Creating a New Organization
Home > Admin Mode > Create New OrganizationAdministrators can click on the menu (three lines) at the top left corner of the "Home" page in "Admin Mode" and select "Create New Organization" to access the organization creation page. Switch to Admin Mode, click the "Create New Organization" button, then enter the organization's name and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to create a new organization. Once created, the administrator automatically becomes the creator of that organization.
Required information on the new organization page:
- Organization Name (mandatory)
- Check the box "I agree and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy," then click the "Create" button.
Creator
The creator of the organization currently cannot be transferred to other administrators nor deleted. Therefore, it is advisable to select someone who will not leave the organization as the creator.
If the current creator may leave in the future, it is recommended that the company founder, investor, responsible person, chairman, general manager, owner, owner's spouse, or owner's child create a new organization and simultaneously delete the old organization to avoid future management issues.
The creator cannot be transferred to another administrator or deleted.
Deleting an Organization
Home > Admin Mode > Organization > My Organizations > Delete OrganizationAdministrators can click "Organization" on the "Home" page in "Admin Mode," select "My Organizations," and then click "Delete Organization" to access the deletion page. Administrators can delete unnecessary organizations from here. Currently, only the creator or top administrator can delete an organization.
Please pay special attention to the following points when deleting an organization:
- All members and administrators of this organization will be removed.
- All data and records of this organization will be deleted.
- Once the organization is deleted, no data can be recovered.
- If you have a subscription plan, please manage it directly through the Play Store or App Store.
Before deletion, you must check "I have read the precautions" to activate the "Delete Organization" button.
Warning! All data within the organization will be permanently deleted once the organization is removed. If the organization has a subscription, administrators must handle it through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Organization Limit
Each account can apply for and manage up to 20 different organizations (companies) simultaneously.
