Send Notifications

Management Mode > Send Notifications

In Management Mode, administrators can issue announcements, policies, and goals, and select recipients for the notifications. Each announcement, policy, or goal can have attachments uploaded via camera, photo album, or document. To use the attachment upload feature, the organization creator must first subscribe to the Premium "Storage" plan to enable cloud space for file uploads. Additionally, policies can be categorized for better management, such as leave, business trips, attendance, etc., with specific policies established under each category.

Announcements

Management Mode > Send Notifications > Announcements

Administrators can issue announcements here and choose the recipients.

Add Announcement

Management Mode > Personnel > Download Documents > Add Announcement

You can upload announcement attachments via camera, photo album, or document.

Attachment size must not exceed 25 MB. To use this feature, the organization creator must first subscribe to the Premium "Storage" plan to enable cloud uploads.

Policies

Management Mode > Send Notifications > Policies

Administrators can issue policies here and choose the recipients.

Add Policy Category

Management Mode > Send Notifications > Policies > Add Policy Category

You can create policy categories, such as leave, business trips, attendance, etc., and establish specific policies within these categories.
