Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

For Apple users, we recommend logging in to SwipePoint using your Apple account.

Android Devices (Smartphones, Tablets)

For Android users, we recommend logging in to SwipePoint using your Google account.

Other Login Methods

SwipePoint previously supported login via mobile number verification, sending a 6-digit code to users' phones. However, this method has been fully replaced by Apple or Google account login, and mobile number login has been discontinued.

If you registered with a phone number earlier, please switch to logging in with an Apple or Google account. As SwipePoint uses cloud services, SMS verification may not be reliable in all regions. We strongly recommend using Apple or Google accounts to ensure a stable login experience.

Unable to Log In

If an administrator is unable to log in and needs to completely remove and reinstall SwipePoint, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm that the Google/Apple account you're using matches the account originally used to register SwipePoint.

  2. Check that your Google/Apple password is correct.

  3. Ensure SwipePoint is updated to the latest version.

  4. Try restarting your device.

  5. Completely delete SwipePoint, then reinstall it:

    • iOS Full Deletion:
      1. Press and hold the SwipePoint app icon until options appear.
      2. Tap "Remove App," then select "Delete App".
      3. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find SwipePoint, and select "Delete App" to ensure all data is removed.
    • Android Full Deletion:
      1. Navigate to Settings > Apps > SwipePoint.
      2. Tap "Uninstall".
      3. Navigate to Settings > Storage > Apps, locate SwipePoint, and clear both cache and data to ensure all data is removed.
  6. Install and log in to SwipePoint on another smartphone, tablet, or computer. If logging in on another device succeeds, the issue may be with your original device.
