Employee Departure
Once an employee is set to "Departed," they will no longer have access to the organization. Clock-in records can no longer be modified.
Setting an Employee as Departed
Management Mode > Personnel > Profile > Select Employee > Formal Departure, Revoke Access
When an employee is marked as departed, they will be automatically removed from the organization and unable to view any data related to it.
If the employee re-joins the organization, they will only have access to clock-in records from the date of re-entry onward.
Please do not mark an employee as departed before payroll processing is complete, as once set to departed, clock-in records cannot be modified, added, or deleted.
Once "Formal Departure, Revoke Access" is executed, the employee cannot be reinstated as an active employee. Please proceed with caution.
Departure Date
Management Mode > Personnel > Profile > Select Employee > Departure Date
After executing "Formal Departure, Revoke Access," the employee's status will be updated to "Departed," and their profile will display a departure date, which defaults to the date of execution. Managers may adjust this date as needed.
