Employee Resignation
When an employee is marked as resigned, they will no longer have access to the organization. Clock-in records can no longer be modified or updated.
Setting an Employee as Resigned
Admin Mode > Personnel > Personal Information > Select Employee > Formal Resignation, Revoke Access
If an employee is marked as resigned, they will automatically exit the organization and will no longer have access to any data related to the organization.
If the employee rejoins the organization, they will only be able to see clock-in records starting from the day they rejoin.
Do not mark an employee as resigned before payroll settlement. Once set as resigned, clock-in records cannot be modified, added, or deleted.
After executing "Formal Resignation, Revoke Access," the employee cannot be restored as an active employee. Proceed with caution.
Resignation Date
Admin Mode > Personnel > Personal Information > Select Employee > Resignation Date
After executing "Formal Resignation, Revoke Access," the employee's status will be set as resigned. Their resignation date will appear in their personal information, defaulting to the day of the operation. Administrators can adjust this date as needed.
Resigned Employees
Admin Mode > Organization > Resigned Employees
Displays employees who have resigned.
Personal Information
Admin Mode > Organization > Resigned Employees > Select Employee > Personal Information
Administrators can view and modify the personal information of resigned employees.
Clock-in Records
Admin Mode > Organization > Resigned Employees > Select Employee > Clock-in Records
Administrators can view clock-in records for resigned employees but cannot add new records.
Leave Records
Admin Mode > Organization > Resigned Employees > Select Employee > Leave Records
Administrators can view and add leave records for resigned employees.
Time Off
Admin Mode > Organization > Resigned Employees > Select Employee > Time Off
Administrators can view and add time-off records for resigned employees.
Work Schedule
Admin Mode > Organization > Resigned Employees > Select Employee > Work Schedule
Administrators can view and add work schedule records for resigned employees.
Performance
Admin Mode > Organization > Resigned Employees > Select Employee > Performance
Administrators can view and add performance records for resigned employees.
Deletion
Admin Mode > Organization > Resigned Employees > Select Employee > Delete
Permanently deletes the data of a resigned employee. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Can a Resigned Employee Be Reset as Active?
Once an employee is set as resigned, they cannot be reset as an active employee. The individual must reapply for employment.
