This feature allows managers to review and track users' work-from-home application records efficiently.

Key Features

  1. Application Records List

    • The system lists all work-from-home applications in chronological order by application date.
    • Supports filtering by user name or application date range, enabling managers to quickly locate specific applications.
  2. Real-Time Status Display

    • Application statuses are displayed as follows:
      • Pending Review: The application is awaiting approval.
      • Approved: The application has been approved, and the work-from-home arrangement is officially valid.
      • Rejected: The application has been denied and will not be included in the work-from-home schedule.

Notes

  • Date Range Restriction

    • Users cannot apply for work-from-home dates earlier than their hire date. The system will automatically block such submissions.
    • This rule ensures applications align with users' actual employment status and prevents incorrect records.
  • Data Verification

    • Users should verify the requested date range and work details before submitting a work-from-home application to ensure accuracy and improve approval chances.
  • Notifications and Reminders

    • The system will notify designated reviewers to process applications promptly, ensuring smooth workflow operations.

This feature helps managers maintain clarity and compliance in tracking work-from-home arrangements, ensuring accurate and policy-compliant records.

Deleting Work-from-Home Application Records

Management Mode > Application Records > Work-from-Home Application Records > Delete  

This feature allows managers to delete employees' work-from-home application records to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

Steps

  1. Enter Management Mode
    Open the system and select Management Mode.

  2. Access Application Records
    Click Application Records to enter the management interface.

  3. Locate Work-from-Home Application Records
    On the application records page, find Work-from-Home Application Records and identify the application you wish to delete.

  4. Perform Deletion
    Click the Delete button next to the target record. The system will display a confirmation prompt. Confirm to complete the deletion.

Notes

  • Deletion Is Irreversible

    • Once deleted, the record cannot be recovered. Proceed with caution.
  • Review Relevant Data

    • If the record involves critical arrangements or payroll calculations, consider recording or backing up the information before deletion.
  • Notify Employees

    • It is recommended to confirm with the relevant employee before deletion to avoid misunderstandings or disputes.
