This feature allows managers to review and manage users' business travel application records to streamline trip approvals and arrangements.

Key Features

  1. Application Records List

    • The system displays all business travel applications in chronological order by application date.
    • Supports filtering by user name, department, or date range for quick access to specific records.
  2. Real-Time Status Display

    • Application statuses include:
      • Pending Review: The application is awaiting approval.
      • Approved: The application has been approved, and the business travel arrangement is officially valid.
      • Rejected: The application has been denied, and the travel arrangement will not proceed.
  3. Detailed View

    • Managers can click on an application to view detailed information, including application date, travel destination, purpose of travel, and any attached documents.

Notes

  • Date Range Restriction

    • Users cannot apply for business travel dates earlier than their hire date. The system automatically blocks such submissions.
    • This rule ensures applications align with the user's employment status and avoids unnecessary errors in the records.
  • Data Verification

    • Users should confirm travel dates, destinations, and purposes before submitting their business travel applications to ensure accuracy.
  • Notifications and Reminders

    • The system automatically sends notifications to designated reviewers, ensuring timely processing of applications and avoiding disruptions to travel schedules.

This feature helps managers efficiently track business travel applications, enhancing approval workflows and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Deleting Business Travel Application Records

Management Mode > Application Records > Business Travel Application Records > Delete  

This feature allows managers to delete employees' business travel application records to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

Steps

  1. Enter Management Mode
    Open the system and select Management Mode.

  2. Access Application Records
    Click Application Records to enter the management interface.

  3. Select Business Travel Application Records
    Locate Business Travel Application Records on the application records page and find the record you wish to delete.

  4. Perform Deletion
    Click the Delete button next to the target record. The system will prompt for confirmation. Confirm to complete the deletion.

Notes

  • Deletion Is Irreversible

    • Once deleted, the business travel application record cannot be recovered. Ensure the necessity of deletion before proceeding.
  • Retain Important Records

    • If the record involves significant schedules or expense calculations, consider backing up or recording the information before deletion.
  • Notify Employees

    • Before deletion, confirm and communicate with the relevant employee to prevent misunderstandings or disputes.
