How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel your subscription, go to the subscribed plan, click "Manage Subscription," and follow the steps based on your device type.


Refund Policy

SwipePoint subscriptions are processed through the Apple or Google platforms. If you require a refund, please contact the platform you used to apply.

Refund Instructions for Apple

If you subscribed to SwipePoint on the Apple platform, follow the official Apple instructions to request a refund:

  1. Log in to the Report a Problem page.
  2. Click "I would like to," then select "Request a refund."
  3. Choose the reason for your refund and click "Next."
  4. Select the App, subscription item, or other service you want to refund and click "Submit."

Tip: If you've already paid for a subscription you no longer need, you can also choose to cancel it.

Refund Instructions for Google

If you subscribed to SwipePoint on the Google platform, refer to Google's official instructions to request a refund:

  1. Go to the Google Play website.
  2. Click your profile photo in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Payments & Subscriptions" → "Budget & Order History."
  4. Find the order you want to refund and click "Report a Problem."
  5. Choose an appropriate option based on your situation.
  6. Fill out the refund request form and provide a detailed reason.
  7. Finally, click "Submit."
