Personal Clock-In Records
Management Mode > Clock-In Records and Management > Personal Clock-In Records
This feature displays the personal clock-in records of users (employees). Clicking on the clock-in time provides detailed information, including GPS location, Wi-Fi, IP, NFC, Bluetooth, clock-in category (regular, overtime), clock-in point, and clock-in method.
Viewing User (Employee) Clock-In Records
Management Mode > Clock-In Records and Management > Personal Clock-In Records > Select User (Employee)
This page shows the clock-in records of a user (employee) from January 1 of the previous year to the current date. Various icons and markers explain the different clock-in situations:
- Purple Overtime: Indicates overtime clock-ins.
- Dark Blue "M": Represents clock-in records manually added by an administrator.
- Orange "A": Indicates correction records pending approval.
- Light Blue "A": Represents approved correction records.
If a clock-in record shows an Orange "A", it means the correction record is still pending approval and will not be included in exported data. Once approved, the record will be included, and the symbol will change to Light Blue "A".
Clock-in records only display data after the user's (employee's) start date and official joining date. If no records are visible, it may be due to incorrect start or joining dates, such as a future date. Please verify the user's (employee's) start date/official joining date in their personal profile using the following path:
Management Mode > HR > Personal Profile > Select User (Employee) > Start Date/Official Joining Date
Adding Clock-In Records
Management Mode > Clock-In Records and Management > Personal Clock-In Records > Select User (Employee) > Add Clock-In Record
When a user (employee) forgets to clock in or selects the wrong shift, an administrator can add a clock-in record to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Deleting Clock-In Records
Management Mode > Clock-In Records and Management > Personal Clock-In Records > Select User (Employee) > Select Record to Delete > Delete

Viewing User (Employee) Clock-In Notes
Management Mode > Clock-In Records and Management > Personal Clock-In Records > Select User (Employee) > Click Clock-In Time
