My Uploads
Navigation: Home > Clock-In Mode > My Uploads
The My Uploads feature lets employees upload and manage work-related attachments, documents, and photos. Files are stored in the organization’s cloud storage and can be accessed by the uploader and authorized administrators according to their permissions.
Key Features
- Multiple sources and formats: Upload common file types, including PDF, Word, Excel, and image files.
- Centralized management: View uploaded files and upload history on one page.
- Flexible maintenance: View, delete, or re-upload files when these actions are available in the interface.
Examples
- Upload work reports, schedules, or other work documents.
- Upload receipts, on-site photos, or deliverables for an administrator to review.
- Keep attachments related to work processes in one place for later reference.
Important Notes
- Each file may be up to 25 MB. Files over this limit cannot be uploaded; use a smaller file or reduce its size first.
- If a photo’s width or height exceeds 1,920 pixels, the system scales it proportionally so that its longest side is 1,920 pixels.
- Upload only work-related content and follow your organization’s privacy, information security, and data retention policies.
Upload File
Navigation: Home > Clock-In Mode > My Uploads > Upload File
Employees can upload content by taking a photo, choosing an existing photo from the photo library, or selecting a file on the device. Uploaded files are stored in the organization’s cloud storage and count toward the storage capacity included in its subscription.
How It Works
- Take a photo: Take a new photo and upload it directly.
- Choose from the photo library: Select an existing photo from the device’s photo library.
- Choose a file from the device: Select a document or another supported file type stored on the device.
- Cloud storage: After upload, file access depends on permissions, network connectivity, and available storage capacity.
Requirements and Limits
- The organization creator must subscribe to the Premium Storage Space plan before employees can upload files.
- Each file must be no larger than 25 MB.
- If the organization’s storage is full, new uploads are unavailable until space is cleared or the organization creator adjusts the plan capacity.
Examples
- Take a photo of a receipt and upload it immediately as an expense attachment.
- Choose construction or event photos from the photo library and submit them to an administrator.
- Select a PDF report or spreadsheet from the device and save it to the organization’s cloud storage.
Important Notes
- Upload files over a stable network connection and wait until the page confirms completion before leaving it.
- Before uploading files containing personal or confidential information, confirm that doing so complies with your organization’s policies and authorization requirements.
- If an upload fails, check the network connection, file size, supported format, subscription status, and remaining storage capacity.
