The Announcements feature provides a convenient channel for internal information dissemination within an organization. It displays announcements published by administrators, allowing employees to click and view details directly, ensuring timely communication and effective management of important messages.

Feature Description

  1. Real-time Announcements

    • Announcements are published by administrators and may include updates on regulations, meeting notifications, event schedules, etc.
    • Announcements are instantly pushed to the employee interface for quick access.

  2. Reading Tracking

    • Each time an employee views an announcement, the system records the action, allowing administrators to check the reading status (read/unread).
    • Reading records provide detailed information, including the list of viewers and timestamps, making it easier to track the announcement’s reach.

  3. Emphasizing Importance

    • Administrators can mark announcements as "Important" or pin them to ensure that critical messages are not overlooked.

Usage Examples

  • Regulation Updates: Publish new policies or process changes to keep all employees informed.
  • Event Notifications: Announce upcoming company events or training sessions.
  • Emergency Announcements: Notify employees of urgent matters such as work location changes or temporary holidays.

  1. Employees should regularly check announcements to ensure they do not miss important information.
  2. Administrators should ensure that announcements are clear and accurate, setting an appropriate validity period or removing expired announcements.
  3. The system only records the act of viewing announcements but cannot track whether employees fully understand the content.
