The Announcement feature provides an efficient channel for internal communication within the organization. It displays announcements published by administrators, allowing employees to click and view details directly, ensuring timely delivery and effective management of important information.

Feature Description

  1. Real-Time Announcements

    • Announcements are published by administrators and may include updates on policies, meeting notices, event schedules, etc.
    • They are instantly pushed to employees' interfaces for quick access.
  2. Read Tracking

    • The system records every instance of an employee viewing an announcement, enabling administrators to monitor the reading status (read/unread).
    • Detailed reading logs, including the names of readers and timestamps, facilitate tracking the dissemination of announcements.
  3. Highlighting Importance

    • Administrators can mark announcements as "Important" or pin them to the top, ensuring critical messages are not overlooked.

Usage Examples

  • Policy Updates: Publish new policies or procedural changes to keep all employees informed promptly.
  • Event Notifications: Announce upcoming company events or training schedules.
  • Emergency Alerts: Share urgent announcements like changes in work locations or sudden holiday notifications.

  1. Employees should regularly check announcements to ensure no important information is missed.
  2. Administrators must ensure the clarity and accuracy of announcement content and set appropriate expiration dates or remove expired announcements.
  3. The system only tracks the viewing behavior of announcements and cannot verify whether employees have fully understood the content.
