The System feature is designed to communicate company regulations or policies to employees, fostering a transparent and fair management environment. Employees are required to carefully read the relevant content and click the I Agree button to confirm acceptance of the terms, ensuring effective information delivery and employee awareness.

Feature Description

  1. Manager Publishing

    • Enables managers to upload and update company regulations, such as attendance rules, leave application procedures, or safety guidelines.
    • All policy content is centrally displayed for employees to access anytime.
  2. Employee Confirmation

    • Employees must read the policy content thoroughly and click the I Agree button to confirm.
    • Confirmation actions will be recorded by the system, including the time and employee details, serving as a reference for future inquiries.
  3. System Reminders

    • If employees fail to read or click I Agree, the system will remind them when they attempt to click End Work, ensuring policies are fully communicated and acknowledged.

Use Cases

  • Attendance Rules: Publish clock-in/out requirements and rules for handling tardiness or early departures.
  • Code of Conduct: Define daily workplace behaviors and align with company core values.
