The Policies feature is designed to communicate company regulations and guidelines to employees, ensuring a transparent and fair management environment. Employees must carefully review the policy content and click the I Agree button to confirm their acceptance, ensuring effective information delivery and employee acknowledgment.

Feature Description

  1. Manager Publication

    • Allows managers to upload and update company regulations, such as attendance policies, leave procedures, or workplace safety guidelines.
    • All policy content is centrally displayed for easy access by employees at any time.
  2. Employee Confirmation

    • Employees must read through the policy content and click I Agree to confirm acknowledgment.
    • The system records confirmation actions, including employee names and timestamps, serving as a future reference.
  3. System Reminders

    • If an employee has not read or confirmed a policy, the system will prompt them when they attempt to End Work, ensuring that all regulations have been fully communicated and acknowledged.

Usage Examples

  • Attendance Policies: Publish clock-in/out requirements and tardiness/early departure policies.
  • Code of Conduct: Clearly define workplace behavior expectations and company core values.
  • Safety Guidelines: Provide workplace safety regulations and emergency response procedures.

Important Notes

  1. Managers should ensure that policy content is accurate and comprehensive to prevent employee misunderstandings or rule violations.
  2. Employees should be reminded to review and confirm new policies whenever updates are made.
  3. All confirmation records are automatically stored, allowing managers to verify employee compliance at any time.
