The Goals feature provides a clear and transparent way for managers to set and publish work or team goals. Employees can quickly understand the content of the goals and confirm their acceptance. This not only facilitates effective goal communication but also enhances collaboration efficiency between employees and teams.

Feature Description

  1. Managers Setting Goals

    • Allows managers to publish specific work goals, such as performance indicators, project milestones, or team collaboration plans.
    • Goals can include detailed descriptions and related attachments to help employees understand and execute tasks effectively.
  2. Employee Confirmation

    • Employees must carefully read the goal details and click the I Agree button to confirm understanding and acceptance.
    • Confirmation actions are recorded by the system, including employee names and confirmation times, enabling managers to track progress.
  3. System Reminders

    • If employees fail to confirm, the system will remind them when they click End Work, ensuring that the goals are clearly communicated and acknowledged.

Use Cases

  • Individual Goals: Publish monthly performance indicators for each employee, such as achieving sales targets or resolving a specific number of customer issues.
  • Team Goals: Set team-wide objectives, such as project delivery deadlines or annual departmental achievement targets.
  • Project Plans: Define task requirements and completion standards for each stage of a project to ensure a unified understanding of goals among all members.
