The Download Files feature enables employees to quickly access work-related materials uploaded by administrators, such as form templates, operation manuals, or other essential documents. This ensures easy access to information and enhances efficiency at work.

Feature Description

  1. File Display

    • Files uploaded by administrators are centrally displayed in the employees' download list for easy search and selection.
    • Supported file types include PDF, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, or images, among others.

  2. Quick Download

    • Employees can click directly on the file name to download it, saving the file on their device for immediate access or use.

  3. Wide Range of Content

    • Files may include, but are not limited to: application forms, training materials, operation guides, or policy documents.

Usage Examples

  • Application Forms: Download forms like leave requests or reimbursement claims for completion and submission.
  • Training Materials: Access the latest operation manuals or training presentations to enhance professional skills.
  • Policy Documents: Retrieve detailed information about company regulations or employee benefits.
