- Files uploaded by administrators are centrally displayed in the employees' download list for easy search and selection.
- Supported file types include PDF, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, or images, among others.

- Employees can click directly on the file name to download it, saving the file on their device for immediate access or use.

- Files may include, but are not limited to: application forms, training materials, operation guides, or policy documents.
