If you're a user (employee) using SwipePoint for the first time, follow these steps to get started quickly.
Registration and Login
1. Download the App
First, download and install the SwipePoint app on your smartphone or tablet. SwipePoint supports devices running iOS 15.5, macOS 12, or Android 10 and above.

- For Android Users: → Go to Google Play and search for "SwipePoint"
- Or install directly through the official provided links
After installation, open the SwipePoint app to begin setup.
2. Create an Account and Log In
SwipePoint allows easy registration and login using your Apple ID or Google account without needing to create an additional account.
📌 Login Method:
- Apple Device Users: → Click "Sign in with Apple" to quickly log in using your Apple ID.
- Android Device Users: → Click "Sign in with Google" and authorize login via your Google account.
✅ Once authorized, you'll successfully log into SwipePoint.
3. Join an Organization
After logging in, users (employees) must join their company or team's "organization" before clocking in and out.
📌 Joining Methods:
- Enter Invitation Code
- Scan QR Code
- Submit Application → After submitting, your joined organizations will be listed at the bottom of the screen.
📢 Important Reminders
- If the organization settings require approval, you'll see a "Waiting for manager approval" message.
- After approval, you can officially join the organization and begin clocking in using SwipePoint.
⚠ If you haven't received an invitation code, please contact your company's administrator or HR department.
📝 After Joining an Organization:
- The system will automatically enter clock-in mode, displaying the current date and time along with the clock-in button.
- Employees without administrative privileges cannot switch to management mode.
Using SwipePoint
The clock-in process with SwipePoint is very straightforward. Below are detailed instructions on clocking in and out and other usage guidelines.
1. Clocking In for Work
📌 Steps:
- Open the SwipePoint app and navigate to the clock-in screen.
- Verify the displayed date and time at the top of the screen.
- Tap the green "Start Work" button → Your clock-in will be recorded.
- After successful clock-in, the screen will show the recorded time.
📝 Optional Features:
- Photo Upload (Tap the camera icon to upload a photo)
- Remarks (Tap the "Remarks" field to enter additional information, e.g., business trip location)
2. Clocking Out After Work
📌 Steps:
- Open the SwipePoint app again.
- Tap the red "End Work" button to clock out.
- Upon successful clock-out, the system records your end-of-work time.
⚠ Special Notices:
- If the company has posted new "announcements" or updated "policies," the app will prompt you upon clicking "End Work," requiring you to read and accept the updates before completing your clock-out.
- Please pay attention and follow the prompts to ensure you don't miss important information.
3. Overtime and Other Clock-in Situations
📌 Overtime Clock-in:
- After a normal clock-out, tap "Start Work" again if you need to work overtime.
- When overtime ends, tap the "End Work" button.
- The system will automatically recognize overtime, and you can view all clock-in records under "My Clock-in Records".

- QR Code Clock-in (Static QR Code / Dynamic QR Code)
