First Time Using SwipePoint (Employee)
If you are a user (employee) and using SwipePoint for the first time, please follow these steps to get started quickly.
Registration and Login
1. Download APP
First, download and install the SwipePoint APP on your phone or tablet. SwipePoint supports devices with iOS 14, macOS 12, or Android 10 and above.

- iOS Users → Go to the App Store and search for "SwipePoint"
- Android Users → Go to Google Play and search for "SwipePoint"
- Or install directly through the official link
After installation, open the SwipePoint APP to begin setup.
2. Create an Account and Log In
SwipePoint uses Apple ID or Google Account for registration and login, eliminating the need to create a separate account.
📌 Login Methods:
- Apple Device Users → Click "Sign in with Apple Account" to quickly use your Apple ID to log in to SwipePoint.
- Android Device Users → Click "Sign in with Google Account" to authorize login to SwipePoint through your Google Account.
✅ After completing authorization, you can successfully log in to SwipePoint.
3. Join Organization
After logging in, you need to join your company or team's "Organization" to start checking in.
📌 Joining Methods:
- Enter Invitation Code (provided by the administrator)
- Scan QR Code (provided by the administrator)
- Submit Application → After applying, a list of organizations you have joined will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
📢 Special Reminder
- If the organization is set to require approval, you will see a prompt saying "Waiting for administrator approval".
- After approval, you can officially join the organization and start using SwipePoint's check-in function.
⚠ If you have not received an invitation code, please contact your company administrator or HR to obtain it.
📝 After Joining the Organization
- The system will automatically enter check-in mode. General employees will see a screen with the current date, time, and check-in button, which can be used for clocking in and out.
- Employees without management permissions cannot switch to management mode.
Swipe Operation
SwipePoint's check-in process is very simple. The following will explain the work start/end check-in and other usage precautions step by step.
1. Start Work Check-in
📌 Steps
- Open the SwipePoint APP and enter the check-in screen.
- Verify that the date and time displayed at the top of the screen are correct.
- Click the green "Start Work" button → to record the work start check-in.
- After successful check-in, the screen will display a successful check-in message and record the time.
📝 Optional Functions
- Upload Photo (click the camera icon to upload a photo)
- Remarks (click the "Remarks" field to enter a work description, such as the business trip location)
2. End Work Check-out
📌 Steps
- Re-enter the SwipePoint APP.
- Click the red "End Work" button to check out.
- After successful check-in, the system will record your check-out time.
⚠ Special Attention
- If the company has issued a new "Announcement" or updated "Regulations", the system will prompt you to read and agree to the relevant content before allowing you to complete your check-out when you click "End Work".
- Please be sure to pay attention and view the announcements or documents as prompted to ensure you do not miss important information.
3. Overtime and Other Check-in Situations
📌 Overtime Check-in
- After normal work hours, if you need to work overtime, click the "Start Work" button again.
- When overtime ends, click the "End Work" button.
- The system will automatically determine the overtime record. You can view all check-in times and types in "My Check-in Records".
📌 Other Check-in Methods
- QR Code Check-in (fixed QR Code / dynamic QR Code)
- NFC Induction Check-in
- Wi-Fi Location Check-in
- GPS Location Check-in
- Bluetooth Device Check-in
⚠ Note:
- Some companies may set "check-in only within a specific range", such as:
- Must be connected to the company's Wi-Fi
- Must be within the office's GPS range
- It is recommended to confirm with the company which check-in method is used and operate accordingly.

Common Problems and Solutions
Q1: What should I do if I cannot log in to my account?

- If you still cannot log in, reinstall the APP.
Q2: What should I do if I forget to check in?
✅ Solutions:
- Open the SwipePoint APP → Go to the "Supplementary Check-in" function.
- Enter the date and time, fill in the reason, and submit.
- Wait for supervisor approval (you can check the progress in "My Check-in Records").
Q3: What should I do if I check in incorrectly?

- Go to "My Check-in Records".
- Delete the incorrect record.
- Check in again.

Q4: How can I continue to use SwipePoint after changing to a new phone?
