Administrators can click on Schedule from the Home in Management Mode, then select Personal Schedule/Shift Scheduling to access the scheduling page. Once an administrator selects a user (employee), they can assign shifts by applying predefined shift templates to specific dates. Multiple shifts can be scheduled per day, but times must not overlap. To delete a scheduled shift on a particular day, simply click the shift again.

After scheduling is completed, any subsequent changes to the Shift/Template settings will not affect previously applied personal schedules.

Clear Schedule

Home > Management Mode > Schedule > Personal Schedule > Any User (Employee) > Clear

Administrators can click on Schedule from the Home in Management Mode, select Personal Schedule, and then click on any user (employee) to enter the user's detailed personal schedule page. Administrators can clear shifts within a specified date range. When scheduling shifts for the upcoming year, it's recommended to clear the existing schedule first to ensure no previous shifts remain accidentally.

A: To modify an employee's shift, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the SwipePoint application.
  2. Enter Management Mode.
  3. Click Schedule to enter the schedule page.
  4. Click Personal Schedule/Shift Scheduling to access the personal schedule page.
  5. Select the employee whose schedule you want to edit, entering the employee’s schedule editing page.
  6. Click Edit at the upper right corner to start editing the employee’s shifts.
