My Leave Requests

Users (employees) can access their personalized leave request page by selecting "My Leave Requests" from the "Clock-in Mode" home page. This page clearly displays the user's individual leave balances for vacation, compensatory leave, sick leave, personal leave, etc., and allows users to directly submit new leave applications. This interface helps users effectively manage and plan their personal schedules.
Notice: The leave request feature is currently not integrated with the scheduling system. Therefore, even if leave requests are approved, the scheduling interface does not immediately reflect the approved leave. Users should separately verify leave request statuses to prevent any oversight.

Upon entering the "My Leave Requests" page, users can immediately view the following information:
Leave Balances
At the top of the page, the remaining hours or days for each type of leave are clearly displayed, enabling employees to efficiently plan their leaves. For example: Annual Leave (15 hours), Compensatory Leave (14 hours), Sick Leave (240 hours), and Personal Leave (112 hours). Regularly checking this area helps avoid excessive requests or unused leave benefits.
Reminder: Calculation bases for different leave types (hours or days) may vary. Please refer to your organization's internal policies for details.
Leave Records List
Below, sorted by application date, is a list of all submitted leave records, including:
- Leave Type: Such as annual leave, marriage leave, ordinary sick leave, compensatory leave.
- Leave Dates and Times: Clearly indicating the start and end times.
- Leave Hours: Automatically calculated total hours.
- Approval Status: Displaying application processing progress (e.g., awaiting approval, approved, rejected).
- Compensatory Leave Record: Displaying compensatory leave hours exchanged from overtime, e.g., "+14 hrs."
Clicking on any leave record allows users to view detailed information, including:
- Leave type name
- Start and end times
- Total leave hours
- Break time (non-paid periods automatically or manually set by the system)
Important Notice: Because leave requests are not fully integrated with the scheduling system, when scheduling or viewing shifts, users should concurrently refer to the information on the "My Leave Requests" page to ensure completeness.
Submitting Leave Requests

Users (employees) can submit new leave requests by clicking the "Request Leave" button at the bottom of the "My Leave Requests" page.
Selecting Leave Types

The system provides various default leave types for users, including but not limited to annual leave, compensatory leave, personal leave, ordinary sick leave, bereavement leave, marriage leave, job-search leave, family care leave, official leave, occupational injury/sick leave, leave without pay due to injury or illness, paternity leave, and parental leave without pay. Employees must adhere to internal regulations when applying for each type.
Attachment Upload

When applying for leave, users can upload necessary supporting documents through photos, albums, or files.
Reminder: The attachment upload feature becomes available only after the organization creator subscribes to the Premium "Storage Space" plan.
Single attachment size limit is 25 MB. For larger attachments, please contact customer service.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Unable to select an end date when applying for leave?
A: Currently, as the leave request function is not linked with scheduling, the system cannot handle cross-day schedules. Therefore, leave can only be applied for within a single day. Integration with scheduling is planned for the future, enabling multiple-day leave requests. Please stay tuned!
Q2: Can leave be calculated by days?
A: Currently, the system does not support cross-day leave calculations due to lack of integration with scheduling. Only hourly leave within a single day can be applied. Future updates will allow day-based leave calculations when scheduling integration is available. Please stay tuned!
Q3: Can leave requests span multiple days?
A: At the moment, leave requests can only be submitted for within the same day due to no scheduling integration. Future updates will support cross-day leave requests, allowing multiple-day leave applications. Please stay tuned!
