Clock-in Mode
The Clock-in Mode is primarily designed for users (employees) to use.
Time
Clock-in Mode > Time
The time displayed in this application is synchronized with a cloud server, independent of the local time on personal devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets). This design ensures highly accurate and consistent clock-in times for all users, eliminating discrepancies caused by individual device time settings. Additionally, the displayed time adjusts automatically to the time zone set when your organization was established, enhancing convenience and accuracy.
Date
Clock-in Mode > Time > Date
Based on the time zone set for your organization, the system will automatically display the current date, ensuring alignment with your organization's time zone without requiring manual adjustments. This provides an accurate and consistent time reference.
Day of the Week
Clock-in Mode > Time > Day of the Week
The system will automatically display the current day of the week according to the time zone of your organization, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Current Time
Clock-in Mode > Time > Current Time
The system displays the current specific time (hour and minute) based on the time zone set for your organization. This ensures synchronized, accurate, and consistent time information for smooth operations.
Cloud Synchronization
Every clock-in is automatically synced to the cloud, ensuring the safety, timeliness, and accuracy of data. Even if users switch devices or encounter device malfunctions, all clock-in records can be instantly restored from the cloud. This functionality also enhances collaboration among roles like HR and management, enabling seamless access to the latest attendance data across departments.
Time Update Frequency
The displayed time updates automatically every second, ensuring users always see server-synced time for reliable clock-ins and other operations.
Time Zone Changes
Organizations that have already been created do not currently support time zone changes. If you need to adjust the time zone settings, it's recommended to create a new organization and select the correct time zone during the setup process. Please note that creating a new organization may require reconfiguring related settings and data, so plan and back up your data accordingly.
Data Protection
All clock-in data is encrypted before being stored on cloud servers to ensure security during transmission and storage. Additionally, we strictly adhere to data protection regulations to safeguard employee privacy and prevent unauthorized access or data breaches, providing a secure and reliable data management environment.
