Schedule

The schedule is used by the organization to plan and manage users' (employees') working hours. Its primary function is to define the user's (employee's) work start time, end time, and workplace for a specific period.

Home > Admin Mode > Schedule

Administrators can access the Schedule page by clicking on Schedule from the Home page in Admin Mode. Administrators can schedule shifts for both past and future dates. Currently, scheduling is primarily handled by administrators; however, functionality allowing users (employees) to pre-schedule will be gradually introduced in the future. At present, there is no limit to the number of schedules that can be set.

Note: Even if the administrator does not set up a schedule, users (employees) can still clock in, but the system will not be able to identify clock-in irregularities such as lateness or early departure, nor analyze individual attendance records.

Allow Clock-in Without Selecting a Schedule

Home > Admin Mode > Organization > My Organization > Allow Clock-in Without Selecting a Schedule

Administrators can navigate to the My Organization page by clicking on Organization from the Home page in Admin Mode and then selecting My Organization. The Allow Clock-in Without Selecting a Schedule setting can be configured in Admin Mode. When this feature is enabled, users (employees) have the option to select Skip and clock in directly without selecting a specific schedule. If this feature is disabled, users (employees) must choose a schedule before clocking in.

  • Enabled: Users (employees) can select Skip to clock in directly without choosing a schedule.
  • Disabled: Users (employees) must select a schedule before they can clock in.
