Schedule

Schedules are used to plan and manage employees' working periods. Administrators can create shifts, set their start time, end time, and clock-in point, and then assign the shifts to employees' schedules.

Home > Management Mode > Schedule

On the Management Mode home page, tap Schedule to open the Schedule page. Administrators can create shifts and assign schedules for past or future dates. Scheduling is currently managed by administrators, and there is no set limit on the number of schedules.

Note: Employees can still clock in when no schedule has been assigned. However, the record will not be associated with a scheduled shift, and the system cannot use the schedule to identify exceptions such as lateness or early departure or provide a complete attendance analysis.

Allow Clock-In Without Selecting a Schedule

Home > Management Mode > Organization > My Organization > Allow Clock-In Without Selecting a Schedule

On the Management Mode home page, tap Organization, select My Organization, and configure Allow Clock-In Without Selecting a Schedule. This setting determines whether employees with an assigned schedule may clock in for a regular shift without selecting a shift.

  • Enabled: A Skip option appears during clock-in. Employees may continue without selecting a shift.
  • Disabled: Employees with an assigned schedule must select a shift before they can continue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can a shift span midnight?

A: Yes. If the shift starts later than it ends—for example, from 21:00 to 06:00—the system displays (Next Day) before the end time to indicate an overnight shift.

Q2: What is the main purpose of a schedule?

A: A schedule is used to plan and manage employees' working periods. It records each shift's start time, end time, and clock-in point so that the system can compare attendance with the assigned shift.

Q3: Who is responsible for scheduling employees?

A: Administrators currently create shifts and assign them to employees.

Q4: How do I open the Schedule page?

A: Go to Home > Management Mode > Schedule.

Q5: Can I assign schedules for past or future dates?

A: Yes. Administrators can assign shifts to past or future dates.

Q6: Is there a limit to the number of schedules?

A: There is currently no set limit on the number of schedules.

Q7: Can employees clock in if no schedule has been assigned?

A: Yes. Employees without an assigned schedule can still clock in, but the record will not be associated with a scheduled shift.

Q8: What happens if no schedule is assigned?

A: The system cannot use the schedule to identify exceptions such as lateness or early departure, and it cannot provide a complete individual attendance analysis.

Q9: What does “Allow Clock-In Without Selecting a Schedule” do?

A: This setting is under Home > Management Mode > Organization > My Organization. When enabled, employees with an assigned schedule can select Skip and continue without choosing a shift. When disabled, they must select a shift first.
