Make-Up Clock-In

Administrators can click on "Make-Up Clock-In" from the "Home" page under "Clock-In Mode" to enter the make-up clock-in page. When an administrator fails to clock in due to certain reasons, they can submit a make-up clock-in request. The record must be reviewed and approved by a Reviewer before it is officially included in the clock-in records. This process ensures the accuracy and fairness of attendance records and prevents unnecessary omissions or errors.
If the administrator does not see this feature, it means the function has been disabled.
Add Make-Up Clock-In
Home > Clock-In Mode > Make-Up Clock-In > Make-Up Clock-In
Administrators can click "Make-Up Clock-In" on the "Home" page of "Clock-In Mode", then click the "Make-Up Clock-In" button at the bottom of the page to go to the application page. Administrators can fill out the following information and submit the request.
Required Information

Reason for Make-Up Clock-In

Explain the reason for not clocking in, such as:
- Forgot to clock in
- Forgot mobile phone
- Phone battery died
- User error
- Other special circumstances

Select clock-in status:
- Start Work
- End Work

Clock-In Date
- Make-up clock-in is only available for past dates.
- Future dates are not allowed.

Duty Shift Time

Select shift (if applicable).
- If a shift is selected, the location will default to the assigned clock-in point.
- If no shift is selected, clock-in point cannot be selected.

Clock-In Time
- Enter the original intended clock-in time.

Upload Photo

Administrators can take a photo on the spot or upload an existing one from the album. Please also attach supplementary proof for review, such as:
- A photo of the company clock showing the date and time of arrival
- A photo of the clock-in machine at the company entrance
- An office interior photo showing the administrator at their workstation

These attachments help expedite the review process and ensure record accuracy.

Note! Attachments must not exceed 25 MB. To use this feature, the organization creator must subscribe to the Premium "Storage Plan" to enable cloud uploads.

As make-up clock-in is a supplemental record, the system does not include data from the original clock-in location.
Submission and Review Process
- After filling in the form, click
Submit for Review
. - The system will notify the reviewer.
- Reviewers will receive a push notification, and once approved, the record will become effective.
Note: Make-up clock-ins are only for reasonable situations. Please fill in the information truthfully to avoid review rejection.
Make-Up Clock-In Records
Home > Clock-In Mode > Make-Up Clock-In > Make-Up Clock-In Records
Administrators can click "Make-Up Clock-In" under "Clock-In Mode", then click any make-up clock-in record to view it.
The status is indicated by the following icons:
- Funnel icon: Pending review.
- Check mark: Approved and recorded.
- Cross mark: Rejected by reviewer.
Enable Make-Up Clock-In
Home > Management Mode > Organization > My Organization > Make-Up Clock-In Function
Administrators can go to "Management Mode" > "Home", click "Organization", and then "My Organization".
- Enable: Employees can apply for make-up clock-in online.
- Disable: Employees cannot apply online.
Limit Make-Up Clock-In Attempts
Home > Management Mode > Organization > My Organization > Limit Make-Up Clock-In Attempts
Administrators can click "Organization" under "Management Mode", then "My Organization".
- Enable: Limit the number of applications.
- Disable: No limit.

Counting Attempts
- Every submission counts, regardless of approval.
- Reflects submitted, not approved applications.

Rejected Applications
- If rejected, the used attempt will be returned automatically.
- Prevents losing attempts for denied cases.
Notes
- The count records user behavior to prevent abuse.
- If denied repeatedly, review the reason and communicate with the reviewer.
Reset Make-Up Clock-In Attempts
Home > Management Mode > Organization > My Organization > Limit Make-Up Clock-In Attempts > Reset
Admins can reset all users' make-up clock-in counts to 12 from "My Organization".
Make-Up Clock-In Reviewer
Home > Management Mode > HR > Profile > Any Employee > Make-Up Clock-In Reviewer
From "HR" > "Profile" > "Any Employee", admins can assign a reviewer. Reviewers must be the creator, top-level admin, or a manager in the same group.

Note: Only one reviewer can be set per employee.
Remaining Attempts
Home > Management Mode > HR > Profile > Any Employee > Make-Up Clock-In Reviewer > Remaining Attempts
Admins can view and adjust the remaining attempts (default: 12). Attempts are deducted on submission and returned if rejected.
Remind reviewers to process in time and ensure deduction/return is accurate.
Make-Up Clock-In Records
Home > Management Mode > Clock-In Records & Management > Make-Up Clock-In Records
Admins can view all approved make-up clock-in records here.
Deleting Make-Up Clock-In Records
Deletion is handled the same as normal records. Once approved, make-up records become official and cannot be edited.
Key points:
- Cannot Edit Approved Record: Becomes official after approval.
- Re-apply if Wrong: Must delete and re-submit a new one.
User Deletes Make-Up Clock-In Record
Home > Clock-In Mode > All Clock-In Records > Select Make-Up Record > Delete
Steps:

Enter Clock-In Mode Open system > select Clock-In Mode.

View All Records Click All Clock-In Records.

Select Make-Up Record Browse and locate the one to delete.

Delete Click Delete beside the record.
Notes
- Deletion is Permanent: Cannot be undone.
- Re-apply: If deleted by mistake.
- Deleting before review may cause notification issues.

FAQs
Q1: Will the attempt count reset monthly?
A: Default is 12 attempts. It does not reset monthly. Admins can manually reset it to 12 under "My Organization".
Q2: Will the attempt count reset yearly?
A: No. Same as above — only manual reset sets it back to 12.
