This feature allows managers to view, edit, and manage employee performance records. Through this performance management function, managers can effectively document and track employee performance, enhancing overall team performance management efficiency.

Performance List Display
- Displays the performance records of each employee, including titles and corresponding values.

Edit and Delete Performance Records
- In the performance list, swipe left on a specific performance item to quickly perform the following actions:
- Edit: Update the title and value of the performance record.
- Delete: Remove performance records that are no longer needed.

Add Performance Records
Steps

Select Employee
- Choose the employee from the list who needs a new performance record.

Enter Performance Details
- Title: Provide a brief description of the performance item (e.g., "Quarterly Sales Target Achieved").
- Value: Input a specific value that represents the level of performance or goal achievement.

Confirm and Save
- Click the "Save" button to complete the addition of the performance record.
