This feature is newly introduced in version v3.11.9. Starting from December 17, 2024, the system begins to evaluate abnormal clock-in records. The introduction of this feature aims to enhance the accuracy of attendance management, helping companies and users (employees) gain a clearer understanding of attendance anomalies. It is recommended that users (employees) update to the latest system version and follow clock-in regulations to ensure the accuracy of attendance records. If any abnormalities occur due to special circumstances, please contact the management department promptly for resolution.
Abnormal Clock-In Records
Management Mode > Clock-In Records and Management > Abnormal Clock-In
Displays abnormal clock-in situations, including the following common anomalies:
- Late Arrival: Refers to situations where the user (employee) has a clearly defined schedule, but the actual clock-in time is later than the scheduled start time. For example, if the scheduled start time is 8:00, but the user (employee) clocks in at 8:15, the system will consider this as a late arrival.
- Early Departure: Refers to situations where the user (employee) has a clearly defined schedule, but the actual clock-out time is earlier than the scheduled end time. For example, if the scheduled end time is 17:00, but the user (employee) clocks out at 16:50, the system will consider this as early departure. In addition, if the user (employee) arrives late on a given day, causing the actual working hours to be fewer than the scheduled shift hours, the system will also consider it as early departure. For example, if the scheduled end time is 17:00, but the user (employee) is 15 minutes late, resulting in insufficient working hours, even if they clock out by 17:15, it will be recorded as early departure.
- Abnormal: Refers to situations where the user (employee) has a clearly defined schedule, but the clock-in behavior is abnormal, such as failing to clock in, having clock-in times that do not meet the schedule requirements, or multiple records that cannot be identified as valid clock-ins. Note that an abnormal situation does not include having no clock-in records at all during the entire scheduled shift (which would be considered absence).
