Custom Leave Categories

Allows customization of special leave categories for the organization or local government.

Use Cases

  • Typhoon Leave - When a typhoon warning is issued or the operational area is confirmed to be affected, employees may take leave based on company or local government announcements to ensure personal safety and reduce commuting risks. This provides flexibility and safety during typhoons or other major weather events.
  • Birthday Leave - A special leave for employees on their birthday or during their birth month, allowing them to relax or spend time with family and friends on this special day.
  • Family Day Leave - Encourages employees to spend quality time with their families. Usually offered once a year, it can be used for family activities or gatherings, promoting work-life balance.
  • Study Leave - Supports employees in attending training, further education courses, or professional qualification exams, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Volunteer Service Leave - Encourages employees to participate in volunteer activities and support social causes. Companies typically provide one or several days of leave for employees to engage in meaningful community projects.
  • Mental Health Leave - Provides employees time to focus on their mental and physical well-being, such as mental health days or recovery periods, helping them maintain a balanced and effective work performance.
  • Long-Service Leave - Additional leave for employees who have reached a certain length of service, such as five or ten years, allowing for extended rest or travel as a reward for their loyalty.
  • Wedding Anniversary Leave - A leave for married employees to celebrate their wedding anniversary, enhancing marital quality and personal happiness.
  • Family Care Leave - Leave for employees who need to care for family members, such as elderly parents or young children, helping reduce caregiving stress.
  • Company Celebration Leave - Leave for company anniversaries or major annual events, encouraging employees to participate and celebrate company achievements.
  • Unpaid Leave - Leave without pay provided upon employee request for reasons such as traveling abroad, long-term recovery, or personal major events.

Leave Reset

After January 1 each year, the system automatically resets and recalculates the leave statistics of all users (employees) within the organization. This function helps businesses efficiently clear leave records from the previous year and start fresh, saving time and effort for administrators in managing large datasets and adjusting leave records.
