    • By subscribing to the Premium "Storage Space" plan, organizations can unlock cloud storage for file backups and preservation. The maximum attachment upload size is 25 MB, which meets most announcement needs.

    • The system displays the reading status of employees, enabling managers to monitor the reach of announcements. Managers can follow up with employees who have not read the announcement, reducing information gaps.

Add New Announcement

Management Mode > HR > Download Files > Add New Announcement

Attachments can be uploaded by taking a photo, selecting from the photo library, or uploading a document.

Attachment size must not exceed 25 MB.
To use this feature, the organization’s creator must first subscribe to the Premium "Storage Space" plan to enable cloud storage for attachment uploads.

Read Status

After each announcement is published, managers can track employee reading statuses in the system. This feature helps identify which employees have completed reading and who have not, facilitating follow-up and communication as needed.
