This section displays files uploaded by employees. The "Staff Upload" feature leverages cloud-based centralized management and real-time access, improving organizational efficiency while supporting digitization and team collaboration. This feature can be applied across various industries, from engineering, insurance, and logistics, to general corporate administration, optimizing internal processes. For managers, once files are uploaded, they can quickly view and approve them, facilitating more effective interdepartmental collaboration and communication, enabling continuous growth and improvement for the company.
To use this feature, the organization's creator must first subscribe to the Premium "Storage Space" plan to enable cloud storage for uploading attachment files.

Through "My Uploads," all types of files uploaded by employees (photos, work reports, expense receipts, technical documents, etc.) are stored in the cloud.
