  • Other Account Types: Super administrators, administrators, and regular users are not subject to this restriction and can log in on multiple devices.

    • On the app’s main interface, tap More at the bottom right corner.
  3. Access My Account

    • In the More menu, select My Account.
  4. Check Account Information

    • On the My Account page, find the Login Account option.
    • Check the displayed Google or Apple account information and verify that it matches the account you originally used to register for SwipePoint.
