Polls

Home > Management Mode > Polls

Administrators can select Polls on the Management Mode home screen to create and view polls within the organization. Polls can be used to collect employees' opinions, such as preferences for events, meals, or policies.

The Polls page groups polls as Draft, Ongoing, and Ended. Each poll shows its question, creator, creation time, and the number of votes cast / number of eligible employees.

  • Save Draft: Saves the poll temporarily. It is not shown to participants yet.
  • Publish Poll: Publishes the poll. Employees selected as eligible can participate through Clock-In Mode.

Manage Drafts and View Results

Administrators can view unpublished polls in the Draft section. Open a draft to select Edit Poll and revise its contents, Publish Poll to publish it, or Delete Draft to remove a draft that is no longer needed.

After a poll ends, open it in the Ended section to view:

  • The poll question, status, and creator.
  • The vote count and percentage for each option.
  • The total number of votes, number of eligible employees, and participation rate.
  • The participant list and whether each person has voted.

Administrators can view the complete results regardless of the Employee Result Visibility setting.
