Work Records

Home > Clock-In Mode > Work Records

Users (employees) can select “Work Records” on the “Clock-In Mode” Home page to open the Work Records page. This page shows submitted work records and records that have not yet been submitted and are saved as drafts.

  • Submitted: The work record has been formally submitted. Administrators with viewing permission can view it in Management Mode.
  • Draft: The work record has not been submitted. Only the user who created it can view it; administrators cannot see it in Management Mode.

Users can select “Add Work Record” at the bottom of the page to create a new work record.

Add a Work Record

Home > Clock-In Mode > Work Records > Add Work Record

After opening the Add Work Record page, users (employees) can enter the following information:

Field Description
Work Date The date associated with this work record.
Completed Work Enter the completed work items or details. This field is required.
Obstacles Encountered Describe any problems or difficulties encountered while working. This field is optional.
Next Steps Enter the work or actions planned next. This field is optional.

After entering the information, select “Save Draft” or “Submit.”

  • Save Draft: Temporarily saves the current information without sending it to administrators. The user can open the draft from the Work Records page and continue editing it later.
  • Submit: Formally submits the work record. After submission, administrators with viewing permission can view it in Management Mode.

The system does not send a push notification when a work record is submitted.

Edit a Submitted Work Record

Home > Clock-In Mode > Work Records > Submitted > Any Work Record

After a work record is submitted, the user (employee) can still open and edit it, but the Work Date cannot be changed.

The following information can be edited:

  • Completed Work
  • Obstacles Encountered
  • Next Steps
  • Attachments

After the changes are saved, the record in Management Mode is updated automatically. Administrators can view the updated content and the date and time when the record was last updated.

The system does not send a push notification when a submitted work record is updated.
